I replaced my filter and didn't realize that valve wasn't part of it. It came out when I pulled the filter out. The video I watched didn't clearly show it, or even mention it so when I put it back together, it couldn't drain. I found this video and it showed everything I needed to see. It was demonstrated very well, so the people that are complaining about your accent, pft... they can just mute the video and see everything they need. I mean, some people DIY and some people shouldn't. I appreciate you taking the time to make this and share it. Saved me!
Give me a break! Video was informative and clearly demonstrated and described/spoken. I have much more difficulty understanding a Boston or southern accent.
You may be right. We take a given appliance and film repair videos for commonly replaced parts. Our videos are meant to serve as examples of a repair, so sometimes we're replacing functional parts. That said, parts that are broken don't always look broken. If you ever need help confirming that a given part is the one that is causing your problem, which part you need for your unit, and whether you need to replace just one part or multiple, get in contact with us. We offer free technical advice and diagnosis.
Sorry about that. If you need additional help with the repair, you can give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 or you can chat us at our website: www.appliancepartspros.com/. We’re here to help 7 days a week.
It's always amusing to hear someone who can only speak one language complain about the accent of someone that can speak more than one language. The presenter speaks more languages than you and knows more about appliances than you. You should be grateful that he even bothered, LOL.

We're glad we could help!
That valve didn't seem defective. It was just so dirty that it didn't seal.

The technician might be good, but his strong accent is making this video unhelpful..So much hard to go through that video..

@@WeAreN1nja Exactly. "So much hard (sic) to go through...". LOL
The presenter did not have a STRONG accent. He was perfectly understandable. There are regional accents in the US that are much harder to understand.
@@appliancepartspros Nothing to be sorry about. Anyway, the video would be understandable with the sound off.
