This is such an amazing band. The playing, the lyrics, the mood, the connection I feel through their music. Helps me to feel I'm not so alone in my constant dark thoughts.
You're not alone Suzanne. A simple thing like going for a walk every day has helped me...if you do it regularly the exercise can make you feel better physically and mentally! Also by doing it consistently you will build momentum which makes you feel more empowered. Hang tough, life is awesome!
I seen these guys in Calgary touring with mastodon and opeth. Me and my girlfriend flew 6 hours to stay with family to see that show. Never heard of khemmis before that and I'm SO glad I didn't skip the opener to have some pre drinks. They ended up being my new favorite band after hearing them and listening to all their albums. Deciever and Desolation are just masterpieces.
