I agree, modulars are some of the most iconic themes lego make. Once i have enough money, im gonna get the Assembly Square, Downtown Diner, Bookshop, Detectives Office and Parisian Restaurant

yeah... just got one yesterday. Really sad thing is that I would like also Parisian Restaurant and Brick Bank... but this is very expensive now. Too expensive.

Just did the same as you. Bought the Bookshop and just got the Corner Garage on backorder. I plan on picking up Assembly square next then the police station next year.
