i’m 10 minutes in and thinking about how much confidence i lost in high school and significant things that happened with people i have had to pause. i haven’t thought about it since i left and i think thinking about them is too much. going to try and take a second before playing it again. also i know no one asked for this lol but reading the comments i hope that i can be more confident by the end of the video . thank you xx

Hey Lucy, how is this just as real as your last hypnosis video? Its like your talking to me in the flesh once again, and its great to actually (sort of) sense your presence. Its really comforting, and actually is helping with my confidence, now that you mention it, even though I'm a natural extrovert. Keep up the astounding work, I hope you make more of these with time, as your hypnosis videos probably help me the most to relax and feel comforted!
relaxing males makes good soundtracks most things you talked about was right lacking confidence mainly since I was in school, ASMR's definitely helped me the past 5 years

I have to say I've been following Lucy for a few years now. I enjoy all her videos, but the ones I enjoy the most are the relaxing hypnosis ones. She doesn't a fantastic job of incorporating a storyline, putting a positive perspective and helping you sort out any issues you may have. What separates her from the others is the choice of the background music she adds. What a great touch.

All joking aside, this video actually really helped me a lot. I’ve always struggled with confidence issues and constantly feeling insecure about everything I did and the way I looked, but the past couple weeks have been bad. I had no motivation to do my hair or makeup, I showered EVERY day but still felt gross, I didn’t even put an effort into my outfits because I thought my body looked really ugly in everything so I threw on baggy sweatpants and a baggy hoodie everyday. I just watched this video last night, and I already see an impact. This morning, I woke up motivated and ready for the day. I took a shower, I curled my hair, I did my makeup, I even put on a super cute outfit. My overall mood was so much better, I was motivated to complete assignments for school...so yeah. I’ve never felt so confident in my entire life. Thank you so much ☺️❤️
