Hi Jake, great video. I like the use of the racks on your shelves. I have some left from a small greenhouse thing. That Robin is beautiful. Top tip about gooseberries. I haven't ever grown them. Great to see their prolific. May be one to add to my garden. Take care, Jane
They're great for all sorts in the garden. I'm always moving them about to use them from drying onions to protecting my bulbs! Awh, the robin is a cute one! Follows me around the plot now. I'd recommend getting a bush and then just take cuttings each year to get even more! Lovely to hear from you as always Jane, take care and stay warm! 💚🌱😊
Hahahaha, that mug is brilliant 😂. Like the yellow for the shelf, nice and cheerful. Do you think you’ll use the mesh as a bit of a trellis when the shelf is down in summer? Glad it stayed dry for you, have a good week 🌱☕️
It's great isn't it! I was well chuffed with it! Yeah, I thought I'd be a little bold and bright 😂😅 And that's a good shout! Maybe I could try a watermelon along there as I've never been able to grow one... Good idea mate, I might have to steal that 💚 Always great to hear from you man! Take care 😊💚🌱
Hahaha, they know me too well! It's great isn't it 😂😂 and I know, he follows me around, so I'm hoping to have him feeding from my hand in the spring! 🤞🏼😊💚🌱
I'm sure it will do well! Just keep it fed in spring and keep it well watered, especially just before the berries start to produce and during growth to get them nice and plump! Lovely to hear from you! 😊💚🌱
I've just bought 2 gooseberry plants (bought the variety Pax as it has few thorns). I am wondering how bushes I need. We have 3 people in ths house, plus grown children nearby. I aim for a good feed when they are ripe (ie a punnet every day or 2 for the short time they are ready on the bush), a kg or 2 stewed or frozen for pies etc later in the year, and a couple of jars of jam. When they are mature what quantity of gooseberries does 1 bush provide? I also need to figure out the same for raspberries and blueberries.
I've got three of us and I had three heavy cropping bushes and that gave us a fair load of gooseberries, but I do have another three plants that weren't quite as heavy. I'd say a bush per person and an extra just in case. As for raspberries, I'd be looking at 7-10 canes per person easily and maybe more! I'd say the same with all other fruit bushes I guess, but it depends on how yielding they are! Lovely to hear from you 😊🌱💚
Have a wonderful week as well 🌱⛄️❄️☃️
Thank you, you too! Hope you're all ready for Weihnachten!! 🎅💚🌱

Jake I think that table needs 3rd leg in the middle xx
Yes! Graham gave me a good idea, so I'll do that over the next few weeks 😊🌱💚
I bought a baby gooseberry plant about 5 months ago repotted it into a very big pot just waiting now till next year to see how it grows.

Sharing everyone of Jesus Christ, He is coming back. We are spiritually saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ our Lord God and Savior.
That is certainly what some people believe! I hope you have a lovely Christmas! 🎄💚🌱😊
