I have a lot of admiration for Philly because of the reverence and love that the city shows its legends. I've seen several amazing battle rap moments, but this is one of the best. Both legends went went in heavily, but Hollowman is simply a different breed, and his hometown is incredibly devoted to him. Eazy is at the prime of his career, yet he respects Hollowman too much, which is exactly how it should be.
Man y'all remember Reed, Joey Jihad, Hollowman, NH, Kaboom, young Meek, Eness, Cassidy, and Freeway. This is extra nostalgia just like when Reed went rambo mode. This man is the OG of Philly.

He def held his own against K, but Hollowman here was in his bag! It’s a classic, but I gotta give it to Hollowman off that one slip from Ice. Otherwise I might have preferred the Wolf’s material.
