If the coffee makes you tired you may have ADHD! It was one of my biggest symptoms before I was diagnosed. My parents used to give me Coca Cola before bed because I would knock out after instead of being awake. ADHD causes the body to process caffeine differently, so I would look into it and see if maybe it sounds like a fit for you. There are several different types and the symptoms are different for amab/afab!

You could try a lightweight concealer on areas you would highlight (high cheekbone, inner eye, center of nose and jaw just under the cheek bone). It gives a more "polished" look but your skin still breathes.
