    That foam tip at around 11:35 is fantastic! I gotta try that

      @@HARwinsOUTagain I have used foam in every bag and it always makes the make more comfortable, more stable, and helps the discs stay in place.

    Thanks for making this video! Been on the fence between these two, but I think I’m gonna bite the bullet and go with the Rufus

    I like how my back straps on the pound sits up compared to the squatch so it's good on wet days and the fact that pound is handcrafted here in the USA compared to squatch justifies the price difference for me.

      The lore straps also sit up of the ground as well. Yes being made in the USA is a big benefit.

    Great comparison! I like both of these bags but the phone and umbrella sleeves on the Berg Sport v4 sold me. Lots of great choices these days:).

      My buddy loves his Berg bag, much it's too big for me. I wish the lore had a dedicated cellphone pocket like the berg or the legend.

    It looks like the Lore fits 1-2 more discs in the main compartment than the Rufus. Is there a difference there? I know you mentioned the Lore has more room up top in the putter pocket/quiver. Thank you for the comparisons!

      I noticed the main might hold 1 or maybe 2 more, big difference is up top though.

    Better padding than grip or other bags with rails? Lol…and some minutes later giving the „pro tip“ to put a piece of foam isolation between the discs and the back to make it more comfortable for the back.🤣👌🏻that was the best. As a Person with back pain and herniated disc I really can tell both bags in the video are way less comfortable than a grip back, but good video anyways 🙏🏻 no front at all, you do great on YT. Keep going

    • @codywaldron86
      @codywaldron86  12 днів тому

      @@BMLDrift way more comfortable than a grip or hard rail bag. It conforms to your back so it rides more comfortable. Why does foam in between the back and discs negate that? It serves multiple functions such as keep the discs from going side to side and front to back, and also helps just the bottom of the discs from digging into my back. I did the same thing on my grip bags too. Many people stuff towels in the bag for this reason and it's a great place to keep for wet rounds. Have you worn a pound bag yet? There is a reason an overwhelming number of pros choose Pound or Squatch bags. Appreciate the constructive feedback!

      @@codywaldron86 not for a longer period of time. Just tried them out in the store. But honestly I don’t need all that on my Grip AX5. The peddings are very thick. And I’m more than happy with the bag🙏🏻

      @@BMLDrift that's the best thing about disc golf, so many options for everyone. I personally prefer the soft backed bags for comfort, especially multiple rounds in a day. Some people like Grips. Everyone can find what works for them.

    Love the comparisons! Looking for the best replacement for my Grip B Series and the Lore feels like potentially the best bang for the buck and still a little more flexibility than the Grip. Was wondering though how well the side pocket might still fit a 32in Hydroflask even with a hoodie in the tall pocket. Do you think it could get too tight for the bottle on the outside?

    • @codywaldron86
      @codywaldron86  3 місяці тому

      The pockets are pretty big. I think it could fit a hoodie along with a 32 oz. Might be tight, however there are also pockets on both sides, so could do drinks on one side and hoodie on the other.
