My Foos buddy Rick Edwards (seen in seats, blue shirt) and I (off camera to his right) were about the only ones watching this match at the beginning for a little while. I believe we left to go play a pick up game or got called for a match but thanks to you guys we're watching it full now lol. Had a blast there, didn't get the 200 points I needed to make Expert, but had a great time. See ya there next April guys...
Wow, Todd Loffredo is still playing? I played a lot from around 1987-1992. He was the Legend back then. I was only about novice level. I played against him a few times and always lost. Once was a pro-am. I swear I was always one point away from winning, but he always came back somehow. Good shots, slop, luck, etc. He always came back. One time I was against him in a forward shoot-out, 1 game race to 7. I had him 6 to about 3 or 4 points. I was like I'm about to beat the best forward in the World, USA at least. He kept blocking me, and kept making good shots and slop. I tried foos again with some friends a couple years ago, but it is really frustrating not being able to do what I used to be able to do, and them kicking my butt. I'm glad Todd is still around and highly ranked.
Glad you enjoyed this! Todd Loffredo is still playing, we have a few more matches with him: ua-cam.com/video/lAbCOzMFnsY/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/PP1zXC7Y42Y/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Dgvqr8-rW88/v-deo.html
'..it's not random chance , he did a thing that made it more difficult'. At this level the ball moves too fast for the human eye to see then the mind to react to that motion in real time. So offense becomes about what holes you see prior to shooting and defense becomes about what holes you show prior to being shot on. What Todd did was show her different holes than he was showing her earlier in the match. The challenge as a forward then becomes not how to execute the shot, but rather which shot to select. Our vision is connected directly to our muscle memory, and Todd is a master of visually hiding holes and thus degrading opponents muscle memory.
I haven't played much in a very long time. But I used to like to play mind games when I was a goalie. I leave a really big open spot when they set up the ball, and they rush to shoot, but I already had my men back blocking.
why am i watching this at 6 am.... wtf am i doing still up LMFAO

Love this format! I'll call it Amazon doubles.
Why don't you indicate the correct number of games to win form the beginning?
hannah doesnt look like she has full control of the bar when shes doing the rollover, but she executes so well
how come no one really attempts shots on net from the 5?
Sshhhhhh!!

Drink every time Bjorn gives the ball away.
Poor forwards can't afford new jeans? 😢
