Great explanation. A question though. DistroKid autogenerates an hyperfollow link per release. Can you also build one, higher-level/artist-level, page ? That is, one page on which you provide all links to your social media (eg youtube channel, instagram, and facebook artist page) as well as links to all or some of the individual hyperfollow relase-specific pages that were produced by DistroKid, or isn't that the intention ?

I recently was added as an artist on a track that was released onto Spotify and ect, and Spotify has an artist profile for me, that I’m trying to claim. If I use distrokid and release under the same name is there a chance it might try to creat a new artist profile under the same name or will it sync that stuff together??? Thanks boss!

Totally useless if you cannot delete an old hyperfollow or edit the link address that looks like myband/mytrack1 myband/myrack2 myband/mytrack3 etc for the same track you mistakenly created new hyperfollows
@@PeteJohnsMusic i know what you mean, beside i find incompressible , absurd and out of time the choice of distrokid to refuse songs with samples considering that 40% of the music out there ( think to hip hop) is based on samples from other records, in this way they will put music producers in unjustifiable trouble

Yeah. Instagram really doesn’t like links. What you can do is go to your settings and make this your “website” for IG.
