    120g marshmallow
    120g biscuits
    45g butter
    45g milk powder
    50g raisins
    20g pumpkin seeds
    Matcha Marshmallow Biscuits
    120g marshmallow
    120g biscuits
    45g butter
    40g milk powder
    50g dried cranberries
    20g cashew nuts
    5g matcha powder
    Strawberry Marshmallow Biscuits
    120g marshmallow
    110g biscuits
    45g butter
    40g milk powder
    35g freeze dried strawberries
    5g strawberry powder
    Reminder
    1. This dessert is suitable for making biscuits with a little salty taste, which can blend the sweetness of marshmallows.
    2. If the marshmallow is heated for too long, it will become hard. Turn off the heat after mixing it with the milk powder.
    3. It is still very hot during plastic surgery, so be careful.
    4. It is better to use a non-stick pan. If a small part sticks to the pan, soak it in water and wash it to clean it.
    5. Snow Q cakes are easy to get wet and become soft. It is best to pack or put them in a moisture-proof container immediately after making them.

      確認一下奶油及奶粉的比例是否正確,完成後可再撒一些奶粉在表面會乾爽一些。

      我在網路買的,查雪Q餅模具即可,不一定要專用模,拿手邊方型的容器也可以哦。
