The map marker you show at 12:52 is pretty off from where it actually is. It's closer to the top right of that area where the drop off is on the map, closer to Diangelo Ave.

If there's one thing I absolutely DESPISE in video games, it's having to run around collecting things. It's tedious, boring, and just isn't fun. I always look up a walkthrough because I just don't want to be bothered with it. his wlkthrough was one of the best I've ever seen and was extremely helpful. Most of them show you the map for a spilt second, then the video cuts to the spot you should be, and it moves on. You have to try and pause it on the map but it's hard because its only shon briefly. But the way you showed the map, slowly zoomed in, and stayed on the map for a second or two was very helpful. I still had to pause the video, but at least I had time to do it.
people hate it because it's not as good as the Arkham games, which i don't think it has to be, it has nothing to do with the Arkham games (i might be wrong about that, so feel free to correct me if im wrong.)
some of these are still hard to find watching your video you need to show more detail on how to find them you just do it i dont know any of these areas well so i get lost and have to rewatch a few of them to find them

All of them give you experience for each pickup plus a bonus when they're complete. Historia Strigidae give yoy lore. Batarangs give you comic art from the comics, and you get a talent point and transmog once you get all of them. Street art and landmarks give you lore plus resources and a talent point when each collection is complete.
