I love how Alteisen Riese literally means 'scrap iron giant' in German. It's like, "yeah, this thing is old and decrepit, but it can still pulp you with minimal effort"
Even funny that Kyosuke himself suggests it's upgrade BP to Dr. that practically boiled down to more guns, more ammunitions, more boost like a patchwork she than said "It's a fu*king 4 y/o BP idea .... why the hell not?". It was really born out of bad ideas and scraped together but it still work 🤣 Not to mention it needed a Tesla drive, usually, this powerful engine will enable the capability of flight to the machine without weight them down but Alt just need them strapped in to hold its very own weight, it literally is a Junkyard Titan.
The main reason i like kyosuke nanbu is that dispite his mech's abilities being very conventional he makes it work so well to the point he doesn't need any over the top attacks.
kuch ''conventional' kuch. His mech is actually known to not be that very thing. The thing is too heavy to stand on its legs, doesnt focus on armour or mobility, uses a horn, giant pile bunkers and basically no normal pilot can(or would even dare) pilot it. In canon at least. Its more like; Kyosuke makes something that shouldnt work, actually work.
@@Feja2503 The OP said that the *abilities* were conventional, not the machine itself. The idea of things like the pile bunker, claymore mines, chaingun, and revolver stake are all about as conventional as you can get in SRW. The machine itself however, is as you said, a literal death trap for anybody except Kyosuke with his god-tier luck. On the other hand it avoids otherwise common sci-fi weapons so common in the series by comparison such as things like the Granzon, Weissritter, or even most Gespenst Mk.II variants such as the RV or Type-T.
Literally, it is a mech that in his debut was already outdated compared to the DC lions and later on the huckebeins mK II, its funny how enemy units with more advanced tecnology gets destroyed by a mech that is so "bad" designed.
I really liked Kyo’s natural ability to control mech without training, Ryusei was gifted but he was so raw compare to Kyo. I’m glad I started out as choosing Kyo because I played Ryusei route on PS2 version and he’s route drags on
I remember back in the day when i first played the OG 1 in gba i pick Ryusei as my character. That one stage where he finally meet Kyosuke team and i will never forget how badass that moment was
Does It Matter? Haha I laugh because of this too, my english wasn't so good at that time. "Stake" is the correct xD. Sometimes I try to translate very fast and I forgot revise the sentences. I hate those similar words.
BROTHER TORIN! I'D KNEW YOU'D COME!!! In case anyone's curious...he was the bird man who transforms into the silver ranger from Kyoryuger AKA Dino Charge
Mechaextreme Oh ok. Thanks for the response though. The only way I could figure it is to abuse crits and get Kyosuke's melee stat to the max with an Aggressor skill.
@The Bullshit says: i believe i meant that some non ogverse chars should be in the ogverse games. They only do adding ogverse chars into a non ogverse game and not the opposite.
Just came from watching SRW 30s animations.
This still beats it.

that and it was busted up before it got it's upgrade

I miss when Excellent would say: it's like two loverbirds of course, and Kyosuke doesn't get it
Revolver Stakes are such a cool idea for a weapon.
Eyup, really unique idea that fits the design of a mech designed to break any defense.
A super unwieldy weapon of destruction. Perfect for Kyosuke lol
his wild card

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Or to paraphrase Char and his many clones, its not the machine but rather the pilot inside that matters.
True, especially compared to the Rein Weissritter which can spam teleports and do other black box things XD
We can finally make alt builds in armored core 6 :')
A horn, a gatling, a revolver stringer and a missile battery. It doesn't need nothing else to beat the shit out of everything
Definitely one badass Real Robot that doesn't even need powerful energy weapons or some performance boosting system.
@@PolyMoly1998 Kyosuke himself is the performance boosting system.

Especially since Kyosuke is a normal human with abnormal luck, while Ryusei has strong psychic powers.

Ah, my favorite mech of all times....
MUCH BETTER than the 30th version...
I'm playing GBA version. Man this remake animation is something.
actually OGs is remake of gba og 1 and 2
Ah fellow men of culture, im glad I stumbled across this video, didnt think SRW has as many fans

Now that made my day :D
Understood! With the Steak!

Mechaextreme Lol I thought you were just putting in google translate because you knew we'd get the point.
Haha sometimes yes, much more because the english pronounce of the japanese people is so strange. In this case is "Sutekku".
Ha yeah so true.
There's no kill quite like overkill. XD
Ladies and gentlemen, the one-hundred-ton state-of-the-art whoopass delivery system.
he and Trowa surely love to spam bullets xD
Collateral Damage is not something the japanese take in account

Love the sound of firering clamor🎧👍🏻
Man SRW30 did him dirty with the lackluster animation they have....
BEAST!!!
oh great you made alt reach over 10000 HP so it made the alt more tough and heavy
Holy cow that damage. What did you do to get 60,000+ with Kyosuke alone?
The video isn't mine, and I wanted to know that too. I really don't know how he did that amount of damage.
Mechaextreme Oh ok. Thanks for the response though. The only way I could figure it is to abuse crits and get Kyosuke's melee stat to the max with an Aggressor skill.
Yes, could be a way to do. The Max amount I did in a SRW Game was in Z2.2 with Li Brasta, it was over 40000+ of damage.
Mechaextreme Mine was in SRW J. Soul + Festenia and a maxed melee stat (I replayed that game a LOT) for carnage with the Orgone Sword for 50000.
Ohh yes, SRW J is a good game too, but the only thing that I don't liked it's because have much "waves" of enemies, then it gets a little boring.
His beting on his life is really lucky, i wonder how his lucky
In what system is this game on? And does alteisen and his pilot appear in any other srw games/systems?.
Ps3, he appears in SRW Impact, OG1 with the base versión, og2, OG Gaiden, Moon Dwellers, SRW 30 and i think in compact
Guillermo del Toro could make this live action.
@Chandelier Mirage I do not acknowledge Uprising as Canon.
😊💢
that poor creep...
can i play this game in laptop?or it just exist in ps3 version?
Only ps3.
what does E.D.N stand for anyway?
Eternally Darning Nails, it's the code name given to Kyosuke and Arriere's combination attack
I kinda doubt that truth be told, but whatever
Excellen Darling Netorare.
You know you could have refined Kyosuke's lines to reflect his GBA lines from OG and OG2.
Sawayn Loop
srwog should crossover with non og characters from other srw games like those in gundam series.

@@stephenvincentstrange99 OGverse vs NG Evangelion
there's a OG game for the psp? (and its worth it?)
T-Rex 🦖 Dinosaur 🦖

Really nice, but sadly game is in Japan language. 😖
