Tying CLEARDRIFT eggs for winter Trout in Taupo or the Tekapo/Twizel Canals

In this video I show you how to tie CLEARDRIFT eggs for winter Trout on the Tongariro and in the Tekapo and Twizel canals. These eggs have become popular here in New Zealand as an alternative to the Otter's soft eggs and chewballs.

Materials:
Hook: Size 10 Scud hook (available form I love Fly Fishing)
Veil: Egg yarn in white or champagne
Thread: White
Egg: Cleardrift - any colour in 6 or 8mm
