Debi actually improved usually she just uses her Jimmy neutron voice in more than half her roles but here she sounds adorable and very different from Jimmy her Jimmy voice comes through when shes sad on occasion but overall it sounds different for her good to see Debi still doing great
It's kind of sad that Debi Derryberry is one of the only voices in that dub who also works in American cartoons. Maybe it should have included EG Daily, Tara Strong, Lara Jill Miller, Nika Futterman, Francesca Smith, Grey Griffin, Cree Summer, Colleen Villard, Melissa Fahn and others.

I could picture her as either Nehelina, Galaxia, or one of the Starlights.

Loretta who is voice acting Diana in English dub who is actually the same voice acting as Eudial in witches 5 with the red hair in sailor moon S season 3. Naomi as Diana sounds so funny and cute every time she talks I laughed!! The Japanese one is great too
Loretta for 90s and Debi for Cystral. Mostly because while in the 90s, she's Really small so it's fits, in Cystral she looks normal (or more child sized) so that it doesn't come off as a shock (like Luna's and Artemis's did)

In retrospect I felt some of the dub of the DiC and Cloverway dub of the anime sucked. The dub from VIZ is such a vast improvement. I'm so glad that the dub was redone.

I still wonder why they waited until the Dead Moon Circus arc to introduce Diana in the original anime. Was it just to keep the focus on Chibiusa the whole time? Who knows.
Chibiusa calls Diana her best friend, so having her in season 2 wouldn't have made sense since her transformation into Black Lady is dependent on her being lonely. And she's supposed to have Hotaru as her best friend in season 3. Heck, season 4 also made Diana's role in the story kind of strange since Chibiusa is hiding Helios/Pegasus from her
I never really liked the actress that did Diana in the Cloverway dub. I agree with the person who once said that she sounded like she had a nasal congestion. 🤣🤣🤣 They could have gotten a kid actress to play her instead.
Okay, I have to ask....why didn't Pioneer asked for Loretta Jafelice to reprise her role in Sailor Moon SuperS the Movie?! That's would've been so much better than casting Discount Mary Long in the English dub of Sailor Moon SuperS the Movie.
I like Debi, I just wonder if she will be able to pull off a more childlike Diana voice in SuperS since in SuperS Diana is basically a baby kitten, in Crystal Diana has a more mature mentor role to Chibiusa. Where as in SuperS Diana isn't exactly a serious mentor figure, she's just a cute little kitty.
I actually found it really easy to love Debi as Diana after watching her in the role for a few episodes SuperS. She sounds adorable! I think it's just funny how with almost all the Viz casting they cast the roles really well, but with a few it takes a little bit to adjust what you expect to hear.
Kumiko and Loretta's voices worked well for 90's Diana. Both Shoko Nakagawa and Debi Derryberry's voices worked brilliantly for the more smarter Diana in the Crystal version. Naomi Emmerson's voice did not work AT ALL. Enough said.

I haven't made their videos yet. I'm waiting until the first half of Sailor Moon S's Viz dub is released, which won't be until sometime in November, I think.

Loretta fits the 90's version very well - a kitten who is very naive. Debi plays Crystal Diana as more mature, which is appropriate for that version.
