I have a 2016 Ford Fusion and the engine is sucking coolant into it. According to the mechanic there is no leaks. When I asked why this is happening I was told that it's the coolant jacket system and that the cylinders are thin. Is this a fixable issue? I'm being told I have to pay $7200 for a new engine.
I see there is no need to remove and replace the water jacket unless there is leaks or the water gallery is full of rust.... 😑😑
