This show looks entertaining and the message is, large folks are just folks like anyone else, and they have feelings and desires like everyone else, and they fall in love like everyone else because they are HUMAN. About this clip though -- how many ways can one refer to a woman's "lowers?"
These three are hilarious. The mom and sister just want her to be prepared. Not ONCE have I ever heard them be catty and mean towards Molly's weight. All characters are likeable. You have to like and care about them to watch. They all struggle too. My daughter convinced me to watch, I was a weight challenged chub, not sure I would like going down memory lane. But was I delighted the humour, caring and love these people felt. The basement chub club meetings, been there, done that. Carl's Nana, absolutely a stitch to watch, what she says about Carl, "Shut up, black Gilligan!" "Hush Goofy Grape!" Molly gambling, old woman at slots, winning, Molly annoyed and stressed, "I was playing that machine." Old woman"You shoulda kept playing it." Molly- "How about we split the winnings?" "How about you get stuffed!" Molly-"Enjoy the short life you have left!"
can't believe they cancel this tv show cos she lost weight this show was very funny they could say she had a operation and it was 6 months later and she came home from the hospital
Did something happen to Swoosie Kurtz? Her voice is now totally different. I don't know if she had injections in her face or she may have had a stroke.
Scooby Doo was a cartoon on tv in the 1970's. Scooby Doo was a Big Dog & Shaggy was his owner/Best Friend. Shaggy means hairy, but it's funnier said the way she said it. 🤷🏻♀️
