I wouldn't agree to silent being the best in the late game because most of her cards are designed around fast and efficient solutions in any given combat which makes her accel in act 2 specifically where everything is about tempo and initiative in fights. She's like reverse defect who has good tools lategame just by outscaling everything with orbs and powers, premium energy and card manip and multiple wincons whereas silent has insufficient defense and power manip lategame and no way to access her discard pile except of drawing through the whole deck or wlp which you need to draw and play first. Her lategame is just comboing off with discard shenanigans to fix her energy issues or poison for specifically long fights, or cheating to victory with intangible, or to nightmare her few lategame tools she has.
