Also if after life is real then I hope you reunite with your grandparents in your afterlife. This reply is only to support and help. Don't get the wrong Idea.
Death, who's very name brings repentance and fear, is just a middle man with the best job in the world. A lot of people think nothing happens after death, nonexistence. He is the one who gives them the good news, and sees their reaction after he shows them.
Usally these make me cry but this one doesn't. It helps me understand. I grew up fearing seeing death (dead animals) and this makes it kinda better. Death has a whole world with animals "living" and happy. I think that's what these are supposed to help understand.
Death exists outside of time, unfettered by it. Time does not move him, it moves around him like a person wading in a stream. And like that person wading in the stream, the distance between the upriver of then and the downriver of now is only that: a distance. He isn't bound to its flow. He can traverse that distance with ease, and because of that: he is never in a rush, never in a hurry. He can stop for every sight, pause to smell each flower... and does. And he appreciates all. He arrives next to each and every person when they are born. He is there your whole life, waiting to do his job. And when the time comes, even so he has time. He has all the time in the universe, just for you. To wait for you to be ready to move on. Death is as patient as the stars, as gentle as the breeze, and as kind as summer. If you ask, he might even do something special, such as take you back to the death of a loved one who went before you, or wait with you for a loved one whose time is not yet, so you can pass on together. Or stand at your side as you watch over your family for generations as a protector until you feel you no longer need to. Or take you to everywhere you ever wanted to see. And even if he spends ten thousand years waiting for you to finally pass on, he will still be on time for the thousands of other deaths that happened at the same time as yours. All he has to do is wade back upstream... and he'll show each person the same patience and care he shows you. After all? What can the harvest hope for, if not the care of the Reaper Man?
Death is not the monster. It's our closest friend. A true guide to the light. But not just any light, but _that_ light. Your light. Together with a friend you can behold the one thing beautiful within the shadows. Death, it's dimension for a lack of words, is dark. It's an inky black abyss neither cold nor warm. But only because then, you can witness the light without obstacles as both shadows and lights float in harmony. With you between. Wondering what lights you would like to visit. Old light, new light. All light shall eventually be witnessed no matter ones believes. Because the root of every religion, tradition, and community, is the passing. I am someone who witnessed Death up close twice within 15 years. And this is my experience. Just that. Light, shadows. Memories flashing before you. The first time was frightening and confusing. Sadly comforting eventually. The second time hit a bit different. More... familiar. But i am still here, enjoying the light i remain in. Despite life might hurt a lot, i cannot get enough of it. (Must say, first near death was an allergic reaction to Pineapple. Second, by a kick in my liver from a bully, and no. Despite between those events i have come across more pain and sadness, i remember always that that is a part of life shared by everything and everyone. My motivation is that despite the feeling might be comfortable and yet terrifying, only the living can feel. Feel physically. I have much to feel, hear, and see. And whenever i will be either unlucky or old and stinky, i will greet my friend and guide yet another time.) P.S. I have been drowned, stabbed, hit and run, and shot before 20 which is the age as I'm telling this. None of those events were life threatening, just scary. And all induced by people. I may be less trustful in people but not even that gets in the way.
I have to say i love these comics and showing that death isnt an evil bringer of demise but a compationate guide that shows kindness to those poor souls and even gets shaken up by huge catastrophies like the forrest fire aftermath where he was kneeling down shocked by how many lifes were lost to tze fire
As much as I love the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, it's refreshing to see Death here portrayed as a patient and kind spirit who guides souls to the afterlife, rather than being a malevolent being hellbent on violence and the macabre.
I like to think death was kind and understanding when it collected the souls of my friends who died from overdoses or suicides. I hope it made them feel important, on their transition to where ever they went. I miss you all so much, i hope your energies found peace and yall are blades of grass or something. See you when i see you

I love this representation of the reaper.
Simply beautiful!😢
My hole life i thought death was a mean, cold hearted monster
I love this rendition of the Grim Reaper so much
Seeing these comics of Life and Death makes me prepared and less afraid for when my time comes.
This...this hit so hard for me, especially because of how much I've struggled with my depression. I love these vids
As of today my grandma's passed. Thank you for making these videos it gives me huge comfort
Why did I want to cry after his words of wisdom
Finally one of these that isn’t about an abused animal
"Human, you do not leave life. You follow it into the next chapter."
People make the grim reaper sound evil, while in reality. He’s there’s to guide us
Day by day i'm becoming a fan of your stories
What he said was so wise and beautiful😢
I like these series with Life and Death. Some of them rings tears to my eyes, both sad and happy.
And whenever i will be either unlucky or old and stinky, i will greet my friend and guide yet another time.)
“ *Life* doesn’t give *us* purpose, Black Hand. *We* give *life* purpose”
-Barry Allen, Blackest Night #8 (2009)
dying is not good, life is temporary but death is eternal
You do not leave life. You follow it into the next chapter.
He is completely right. Life continues even after death.
This gave me chills. Beautiful!
Curse you for making me cry
Death isn't the one coming to end you, he's the one to guide you to the next chapter
I love seeing these videos, makes me feel like happy to know there so something good to look forward when my time comes.
My question is...HOW DID SHE DIE
Likely an accident :(
A nasty drop since she left the mall..
@@Lemuel928 what?
That's not really relevant to the story and its message.
"everything dies" says the being that doesn't die
Death is not the end, but another beginning. We don't know what lies on the other side but we all must return from wense we came.
I like to think death was kind and understanding when it collected the souls of my friends who died from overdoses or suicides. I hope it made them feel important, on their transition to where ever they went.
I miss you all so much, i hope your energies found peace and yall are blades of grass or something.
See you when i see you
Thank you for this. It helped.
Damn this stuff is deep great job on the animations.
Turns out I really needed to see this, thank you.
Just as you were given life. As you continue living, you give life back.
Gandalf: “No, the journey doesn't end here. Death is just another path... One that we all must take.”
Dumbledore: “After all, to the well-organised mind, death is but the next great adventure.”
Death is not the opposite of life, but a part of it
Yoda said it best: "Death is a natural part of Life."
The first person that hug me was my teacher when i was 16 and she was always very kind with me i miss being hug
Years after i left the school my first gf was very toxic but i think that was my fault too i don't trust so much in other people so i didn't trust her even when she did everything to be by my side , life has never been easy for me since i was born with lupus i m always having problems with my body working wrong but as i have seen other people being happy and as i remember the way my teacher always taking care of me i believe if i live long enough maybe i would get hug again and maybe i got a family of my own one who doesn't hate me
The words at the end of this video ARE the answer to what is the "meaning of life"
My family has a saying.
"Death is only the beginning."
Treasure both the good and the bad times. It's the reason why we live and the reason behind our death. Live is unpredictable, and so is death. Never regret and live long.
I got to say, death is the honorable thing you can do.. and the grim reaper is basically a therapist…
