Art Journaling about God Finding What was Lost

God said, “I will seek what was lost...” Ezekiel 34: 16.
It’s God who says so, and Jesus also declares he came to seek and save The Lost. It’s his job, and we can find comfort that we can trust him to do it well.
If you feel lost or know someone who is lost, or if you have experienced loss of any kind in the past, this is a word from the Bible that can really encourage you today.
I’m creating an art journal page to encourage myself that being lost is a temporary problem, and God’s promise is that we will be found by him if we seek, and that what we have lost will also be found.
Jesus said, “seek and you shall find”. Matthew 7:7.

It’s so encouraging to know God is seeking to save the lost, isn’t it? We can pray for our loved ones but God has to work in their hearts. We can’t change people but we can pray the Holy Spirit will convict their hearts to open their eyes:)

What a wonderful and timely word for me. I have been praying for my son, who is a prodigal, for years now and not feeling like I'm seeing any change in him.. Thank you for the reminder that the LORD is seeking him!

Surely the Lord knows all things, we can be at rest and leave it in his hands. It’s such a difficult thing to see loved ones go their own way, as God has to do all the time. Praying that you and your loved one find peace in Him.
