That repetitive bit during the intro/verse is always the part that gives me the most trouble on this song, I get lulled into the never ending riff and always mess it up haha. Sounds good Troy, not sure how I feel about the Elliott but hey it's "true to the song" though right? ;)

I recommend to search spider exercise for guitar - if you play that riff with alternate picking then it’s much easier 🤟🏼☺️☺️

Is that just the tone knob doing that to the signal or is there a pedal in the mix as well for the tapping? Sounds amazing.
Just my "normal tone" for that part of the song combined with riding the tone knob as you see.

Great! Thanks. I did check out the website but there was no mention of the scale length and it looked like it was a mustang clone! So wondered if it might be short scale 24”. Really liked the tone of it. Too bad shipping to the Uk is pricey! 😟

Whenever you play any of your other guitars you seem a little looser. I think the size of the neck and the fret size maybe have to do with it. The Elliot sounds great I am not sure if it's the tone for me.
Elaborate. We have to keep this going! Is the neck too big or too small? Frets too big or too small? I want to see if you can guess. Haha.
