The ice world of Mario 3 reminds me of winter time in 101 Dalmatians.
While I kinda understand that people hated this episode because the story was unclear/all over the place and King Windbag was a jerk, this is definitely my favourite episode of the entire series! What makes me love it this much is not only how instead of Mario & Luigi, it's Luigi with a guest character, and also, Hip and Hop, are the main villains and they're-as always-so adorable!
This episode is mostly centred around action, rather than storytelling (which is a hit-or-miss) and this one's a hit! How awesome is it that Luigi and some king he didn't really like had to work together as dogs to stop Hip and Hop from trashing Miami in the real world (and even worse, going to space!), while the song played not near the end, but near the beginning before they even entered the real world! Not to mention, that song "It's a Dog's Life" is actually very catchy. This episode is definitely the best episode in the series for me due to how exciting it is.

Well it depends on what aspects you look at, for instance yes there are the moral intakes that could represent this episode as a Christmas episode, but then there's the problem that the plot of the episode is based around being a loyal dog or a mangy mutt. In the end it's dependent on who you ask so if you're asking me I say absolutely, but someone else might say differently. I hope that helped ^w^

for some reason there used to be this channel that's now defunct in Australia that used to play old video game cartoons from the 80's and 90's. Including all the mario cartoons, most of the sonic cartoons and even the cgi donkey kong tv show-

Yes, Charles Martinet has been the voice actor for Luigi, Mario, Wario, and Waluigi since 1996 (and for a time before) with Super Mario 64. So even though Luigi sounds completely differently in Mario Kart 64 than from how he does in Luigi's Mansion, it is indeed the same guy.
But yes, cartoon wise, Rosato was the best. But Martinet's Luigi voice in my opinion just fits the character's intelligent-yet-cowardly behavior best.

Maybe, but keep in mind that the Super Mario Bros. Super Show season had the Queen Rotunda parody of Alice in Wonderland's Queen of Hearts as a villain for one episode.
This is the only episode of the entire three seasons (excluding the Mario All-Stars re-runs) of the Mario cartoon that didn't have Mario.

Just to elaborate: Mario Kart 64's Luigi was a deep, harsher voice, a little reminiscent of Danny Wells from the Super Show. This voice was also used in the original Mario Golf and Mario Tennis, though in the latter it seemed that Luigi was even a little deeper than before (reminded me more of Wario than Luigi).
Hell yeah they kick ass!
Now see, I thought at first that the red car line was a mistake, but there's obviously a separate *RED* sports car that's also on a rampage.
I'm impressed though, that car must get some killer mileage to make it from Miami to Kennedy in one shot. Unless Hip and Hop interrupted their rampage to fill up the tank. Perhaps they magicked it full. Ah, I could use one of those wands!
And the dog catcher followed them all the way there?! 300 miles is a long way to go to catch a few errant dogs! LOL
I don't remember the animation being as screwed up as this. Still, it's MUCH better than the Super Mario World shows, its anime intro excluded.
That was the bluest "red sportscar" I've ever seen.
Fun fact: One of the voiceover artists (of either Hip or Hop) moved on to become the voice of Koopa Junior in Mark Kart Double Dash!

Smash's Luigi was the ultra high-pitched-on-helium Luigi that otherwise sounded just like Mario.
Mario Party 3 was the, well, sounded like a haggish leprechaun to me. But it was greatly improved and toned down for Luigi's Mansion (which also took influence from the Mario Kart voice and Mario's voice). That Luigi's Mansion rendition has stuck since, and is most noticeable in the Mario and Luigi series.
The "real world" is what the Mario cartoon series referred to planet Earth. Remember that in the cartoon continuity, the Mario Brothers are from Brooklyn, New York.

They are, but the game was still in development when the cartoon was being made and being that the kooplings didn't have official names yet, the animation company made up their own.

In the game, Lemmy is actually the second eldest. The series apparently got mixed up, or they just decided to change it, since he's the smallest in the family.
But, I guess they had them closer age wise, since they are sort of like twins. :/
Still, it's odd that he can drive, since he's supposed to be the youngest... >.> Never expected him to know what a car was in the first place...

I heard that his voice in Mario Party 1 was his voice from the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64.
I also heard that he and Wario would yell out "Oh my God!!" when they lost something in the Japanese version but they were replaced when it came to the U.S. But that's a different story....
The best part of this show was the Koopa Kids singing, they some good ass singers

No clue; they mostly started doing that in the Super Mario Bros. 3 season. It's probably just so kids would understand they were referring to Earth and not a fictional planet.
I don't even consider the Mario movie's Luigi to be Luigi. He had nothing to do with the canon Luigi personality-wise (he was much more reminiscent of Mario).
On the other hand, this Luigi actor, Tony Rosato, was very good. In my opinion he was much more fitting for Luigi than Danny Wells from the Super Show.
On the other hand, in my opinion the best ever Luigi performance was Charles Martinet in Luigi's Mansion.

I am unsure as to who exactly voiced Luigi in Mario Party One. I am inclined to believe it too was Charles Martinet due to it being the most logical choice. However, Wikipedia was recently modified and refers to Luigi as having a Japanese voice actor in that game. Wikipedia, however, tends to be very inaccurate, so unless someone can provide the name of the voice actor for Luigi in Mario Party One, I would say it is safe to assume that it was indeed Charles Martinet.

That is irrelevant. It obviously would have been that he did not decide which Luigi voice he preferred more. Luigi's voice changed drastically between Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros., and Mario Party 3, but it is a fact that Martinet voiced him in all three cases. The last one, Mario Party 3, was the final one that, after being tweaked just a little, has been the conclusive Luigi voice since; the only exception was that Melee used the original Smash voice.
