Dr. Vlach, as I look at the history of dispensationalist teachers, its embarrassing how many of them have deviated from what you presented here. For example, date setting, teaching multiple ways of salvation, teaching that large portions of the gospels are not for the Church, and other cultish doctrines. This embarassing history makes me want to shed the "dispensationalist" moniker. I simply do not want to be associated with Hal Lindsey, John Hagee, or even Darby. Do you have any thoughts on this? As an autodidact, I've studied and researched theology and church history for nearly 55 years. After months of searching through New Age, philosophy, and religion, I was spiritual/supernaturally "born-again" (John 3) at the age of 20. This included a direct encounter with the Glorified and Risen Lord Jesus Christ, being momentarily "caught up" (2 Cor. 12:4) into the Shekinah glory after having been tortured for ten days in response to my profession of faith. I remain firmly dispensational-oriented, in contrast to the numerous covenant theological traditions. I firmly believe that Christians do not participate in Israel's New Covenant. Our position in the Celestial hierarchy is much higher.
At the rapture the church the Body of Christ goes to heaven to the judgment seat of Christ and will reconcile heaven back to God from the prince of the power of the air. I believe that is the “day of Christ” “that day” mentioned in 2 Thess 2:2-3. He, satan,and his devils are cast to the earth mid trib as we take our heavenly governmental positions. We don’t inherit earth or go into battle as Jesus returns to set up Israel’s prophesied kingdom. Any church mentioned in Revelation is not the Body of Christ or its ambassadors that have been caught up. Jesus returns with angels to end the tribulation, Matthew 25:31, not the church the Body of Christ. 🔑p👀⬆️.🫡

Succinctly stated.
"behold the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world" said by John the Baptist referring to Jesus, so Jesus was a literal or actual lamb?
