There is no Jerusalem temple today.....so we cannot do any offering...But when the Messiah comes the temple will be restored in Jerusalem.......And then He will do atonement for the nations(gentiles: anyone other than a Jew is called a gentile, goyim in Hebrew)
We are also spiritually part of Israel through Abraham who himself was a gentile but became the Father of all Jews(physically) and gentiles (spiritually).
