Thank you for watching! Manual captions added. Today's case was done a little different. Let me know what you thought about it in the comments below, and let me know what case I should work on next.
Thanks for covering this, it's a brief fair look at the case. There is so much more to this and be great for you to do a follow up, could contact his brother Solomon Anderson
I'd like to VERY RESPECTFULLY comment. Before I do, let me say that I am a 75-year-old woman; my opinion might be very different from many, maybe even most. Take that into consideration, for what it's worth or not worth. I don't understand adults involved in any type of relationship acting like teenagers. Teenagers draw friends into their breakups. They bad talk each other. They make a hurtful, difficult situation worse, just by their immature approach to relationship problems. But, they are still kids! Adults who include their kids into any relationship, bad-mouth the other person, refuse to accept a breakup, jump into a new relationship, bring that person into the lives of their children, create such chaos! It is difficult enough to raise kids without creating more issues. From my perspective, it is an emotionally unhealthy way to live, for everyone involved. I just don't understand it. Again, these are my thoughts / opinions, offered as respectfully as I can...
I agree with you completely. Kids need not be involved in their parent's relationships. She said she'd known this guy a couple months, that's not long enough to introduce children into a new relationship, in my opinion. By the way, I'm 68 years old. Experience brings wisdom; something lacking here.
I agree 100%! As a 33 year old mother who went through a very similar situation as a teen with my own parents divorce, my father was extremely manipulative AND in a position of power as a cop. I was forced to grow up at 13 and even raised my own sisters.
In 100% Agreement with you at this stage of my life. However; in my younger days; i made many bad decisions, and many mistakes. Without proper role models- most of us Learn what we Live, and Live what we Learn. Unfortunately, it can be painful and emotionally scarring for those closest to us, along with ourselves. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. It is Valid, and appreciated. God Bless and keep you.
My dad brainwashed us when they went through a divorce. I was 13 ans thought my mom was evil. Luckily i grew up and noticed the inconsistancies, abuse, lies, from my fathers own actions. Its so low to use your children against their parent.
When things weren't all "ok" in my husband's world (ex now) he tried to brain wash my daughter,I left the state we were living and went back home were I came from with my kids. He was just that kind of person,he brain washed me to marry him I was 17 he was 28!!! I saw what was happening before I left him. He said he was going to change but I didn't buy that either!!!
It drives me insane when adults involve the kids like this. That girl is far too involved and doesn't even understand the complexities of the situation. Both parents are guilty of this here. It's just so wrong. She feels like she has to be the in between and problem solver, which is too much for her age to handle.
You're absolutely right and poor precious kids always blame themselves for the divorce!! Olivia needs therapy and to be allowed to just be a little girl!!
When adults put kids in their business like this it makes me furious!!!! Kids don't need to carry adults burdens.. it's beyond selfish to put your kids in the middle of your $hit.. I couldn't/wouldn't do my 4 boys like that
Dad got caught cheating on my mom and my parents split when I was 13 because he cheated on her his brother, his mother, his father, all his friends turn their backs on him. I was all he had. He was narcissistic gaslighting manipulative pos, Who lied to me over and over again to to get me to Stop talking to anyone in my family, but him lie after lie or lie I don’t talk to my uncle his brother my cousins side of the family because they were mad at So he manipulated me to make sure I would stay in his corner without A single consideration what that would do to me as a 13-year-old
That’s why I would never choose facebook or any internet site to find love I rather just go out and meet a normal person on normal terms if I weee single.
me too love me too... also look at EXPLORE WITH US!!!! its all about interragations this story and all the others from this channel are amazing I love them
When I was 14, my parent's marriage started falling apart! My dad went crazy and was stalking my mom and telling me wild scenarios about this guy or that guy which he had no proof behind them! He brought me in the middle of it, and it altered who I was and became! He made my high school years unbearable as my mom couldn't come to my basketball games or any event! He would chase people he thought were following him at 100mph in 40mph zones with me in the car!! I feel so bad for this little girl cause it affects teenage kids so badly when the parents drag them in.
As a girl, at 17, whose father refused to come inside the house on her senior prom, because he assumed that my mother was dating one of the youth leaders from my church, as well as my GODMOTHER, as well as anyone else who seemed to be kind to her during their tumultuous divorce…. I look back and realize that my father was simply unwilling to accept his role in the denigration of their relationship. He was an alcoholic narcissist, unwilling to receive the psychiatric help that potentially would have helped him cope better with the results of his actions over their 30 year relationship
YOU BEAT ME TO IT. This is what I have been saying for years. All the time detectives were wasting by writing every word down. It was so frustrating. I hope it catches on and other departments in all the states decide to use this quicker method. Now all they have to find are some new keyboards that are SILENT when hitting each key. Lol.
Yeah it gets that way when you’re trying to explain the endless antics of your ex who like ZA. He’s the type that tries to drive you nuts while convincing everyone else he’s the victim just doing his best to put up with you because he’s such a good person.
It’s crazy how the mother is being blamed for the child being “in it” as the daughter is sitting there saying the dad kept inserting her and telling her to tell her mom.
Your point being what? To absolve the mom by pointing fingers at the dad? Doesn't absolve mom. Just makes them both guilty of it. The mom is still the one that brought the daughter and is still guilty of putting the child in it.
Whenever someone tells me a story shedding a negative light on another person, if they say "Da-da-da-da-da" or "Blah-blah-blah", I always stop them and have them tell me what those phrases represent in their argument. Those phrases are often a way for someone to leave out details.
I get the feeling her ex is trying to gaslight the cops. You know, make her out to be an awful woman and a terrible mother. He's a typical narcissist who's pissed he's no longer in control!
Yeah, and he said she's doing all this blow. Then says he has absolutely no proof of that, she's just changed. Yeah, she's not taking your controlling bs anymore.
Never seen an interrogation or interview where a detective types the whole stole instead of watching and engaging in person! Plus it was loud a keyboard.
I just want to jump through the screen and scream “just get to the point lady”! She must be related to that older guy that does the dry eyes commercials. Her voice is so monotone
Right!? Even during the 911 call the operator was all, "Did you find him!?" After she's giving a literal step by step of going to the door, pulling back blinds, etc. You're calling *emergency* services ma'am, get to the effing point. I know I sometimes give a lot of context depending on the story or situation I'm describing but if I think someone is hurt I'd just say I went to check on them, the door was wide open, there's a lot of blood, and idk if he's hurt or not because I didn't go the rest of the way in.
@@larsvonrinpoche1229What I saw mostly was a mom who spoke to her 11yo daughter like she was a gal pal, a BFF. What I saw was a mother who maligned the father of her child TO that child. It was performative and disgusting.

This may not have been the perpetrator, the guy had many women on the go. It could have been anyone. I am not convinced the police did a thorough investigation
Welcome to the club! I watched the trial live along with many others and saw that the state didn’t prove beyond reasonable doubt that Zach did anything to Rosalio.
@@emilygail3545he was found guilty though that's all that matters none of the other women had boyfriends who were stalking them and him and putting tracking devices on cars and getting access to phone messages and what not and took their kids along for the stalk he's the only one who has any motive to hurt him
@@LorjarcaDon't know about that! I will bet there is evidence that was not admitted that SHOULD HAVE BEEN!! The police sometimes get tunnel vision and go after the closest man to the situation because that's who it usually is!! Circular reasoning. I don't know if he's innocent but to me it's sure as hell not beyond THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT!!!!😮😮😮
The mom should not be saying all these things to her daughter in the interrogation room. Way too much adult stuff to put on an 11yr old. And saying to her daughter that her bf isn't "weird like your dad, he's just normal". That shi hurts a child.
@@camicozthat’s probably due to the dad and mom involving her though. Especially the dad considering he was doing evil things with her in sight and proceeding to tell her to lie to her mom. Kids learn from that and get accustomed to it. She was speaking to her mom about it like it was casual which is obviously not “adult” of her. She’s simply retelling and coping with it.
I definitely shouldn’t be a detective…. After having to watch Sadie chew gum for an entire hour, it wouldn’t matter what she said my tunnel vision would have made her prime suspect.
So glad you aren’t the detective. She clearly was retaling a tragic, anxiety inducing story of her emotionally and mentally abusive expartner and if chewing gum helps soothe her… you process though it. Regardless if the gum chewing is annoying!
Except at the expense of ex husband’s house were 2 smoldering fire pits at two properties the ex owned with remnants of the victims clothes and work shoes and other items related to the crime. They had evidence of his buys bleach, gloves and Clorox. Computer files full of information on the victim and pictures following the guy all over. There was a lot of evidence.
Sadie and Rosario sure got wrapped up in her drama awfully fast for a 2 month old relationship. If someone spilled that drama on me so soon, I'd be gone like a flash. Another thing is involving your children in your drama. It is so harmful to pull your children into your adult messes.
The father put his daughter in this situation. It was proven he was manipulating his daughter. Also, how is experiencing DV "her drama", its a serious issue that an abusive man created. Stop blaming women for a dudes actions. No accountability for male perps at all.. always someone else's fault. Its pathetic
@@lueValentine wtf? Rosalio had like 5 other women. I don't think it had anything to do with Sadie. Why are you badmouthing the victims anyway? What's wrong with you?
My heart goes out to Olivia and brothers. Born to these 2 ppl, raised in unstable situation, exposed to adult BS, how will they turn out? This kind of parenting or lack of parenting must be contributing much to the societal ills.
I was thinking the same! I remember seeing an interrogation where the detective typing kept interrupting and getting annoyed telling the guy he needed to slow down. She was a hindrance in getting a confession. Definitely could have used this guy!
ZERO evidence!! It’s truly unbelievable! Zach’s been in jail for YEARS already!! If/when he gets an appeal. Sadie belongs in jail!!!! Her LIES put him there. He’s not “not guilty, he’s INNOCENT!”
That loud ass typing would drive me crazy! The cop knows he doesn’t need to take notes as most don’t because it’s all recorded. Like what is his angle in doing this? Also, are they really using here-say that a mother is giving of her 12 or 14 year old child? It really feels like this case became about a toxic couple and their issues and a preteen that is way too involved in the parents issues. Those poor kids are being used against one another as weapons to hurt the other. What about a man that is probably dead and missing?? This poor man may have lost his life and nobody is talking about that.
Agree... And some detectives takes notes writing by hand. It feels unprofessional since they should put all their efforts and focus on building report and study the suspect, body language and so on. Have never seen anyone typing on a computer while interrogating someone before though, that's just... 😂 I don't know. And the typing is over the top annoying. And as you commented; SO unnecessary.
Clicking through the recorded interview in order to find something necessary is a waste of time. If someone close to you is in trouble, do you want the detective to have as much info as he can type in or to spend a few precious hours listening through the whole thing? Besides, he doesn't stop her so he can finish typing, he lets her speak without interruptions. But oh, poor Megan can't enjoy her youtube content because of the keyboard clacking, sad.
I'm almost about to leave because I can't stand the typing! But I believe he's got a checklist "last contact- *insert response" "what time- *insert response" because you see him looking then when he asks a question he types it in, then doesn't until he gets to his next question. So I believe it's his aggravating check list. I'd damn near false confess just to gtfot 😂😂
Sometimes the cameras fail. Seen one interrogation where right b4 the guy spilled his guts n confessed the camera stopped. They had to get him to do it again without letting him know why. They should just bring in a little hand held tape recorder as backup.
9:26 She says, the screen door was open, the blinds were open all the way "like all the way, all the way" 12:08 "Ok, f*ck it, I'm just gonna open up the door" So I slid the door open, the screen and I just pushed the blinds aside and saw a big puddle of blood on the floor.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that..... But I doubted my visualisation of what the door scene looked like and wondered if it had like 2 doors, like a sliding French door but then an outta screen door.... If that makes sense. If it was questionable, surely the detective would have picked up on that comment, as we did?! 🤔
She actually says “and then i saw the screen door was open. Like the blinds were open all the way. the SCREEN DOOR was open all the way, like, all the way, all the way.” She does not say the BLINDS were open all the way, like all the way, all the way. Im not saying she doesn’t state the blinds being open all the way, but your misquoting what she actually says here, which makes a difference when you get to the second timestamp you point out. Maybe rewatch that bit, her words are right on the screen as well. I too was confused and had to rewatch that bit again.
Especially considering Zach was filing for custody and she knew she couldn't pass a drug test. She also had her daughter lie about Zach. That story about having his daughter spy on her through the front window isn't even physically possible given the layout of the house -the completely inept judge wouldn't allow evidence of that!
@@johns1625 baby mama and daddies are different from single mothers and fathers. THANK YOU for covering this how you did!! I almost didn't watch it because I personally watched the trial and definitely didn't feel like the state proved Zach murdered Rosalio, and the idea of the "real" killer never being investigated and charged pains me. Rosalio still hasn't been found and his family deserves justice and Zach deserved the presumption of innocence unless the state PROVED otherwise. Zach may have done it. But the trial definitely didn't prove that. This whole thing seemed like a complete miscarriage of justice and it's disgusting.
It was grossly one-sided. My jaw literally hit the floor heard he was found guilty. There are so many things wrong with how this was investigated, I don't even know where to begin.
@evalunloca I thought about that a lot during the trial when it was happening. Especially since there wasn't even really any solid forensic evidence at all against Zach.
I watched this trial and I think that he did not do it! I think that the ex girlfriend said things to lead detectives on because she wanted her kids. They were having a terrible break up and then it comes down to who can say the worst things to make each other look bad. I think they centered on him and believed a teen girl who has lied before and I think her mom probably can be very devious!
How do you explain finding Leo’s burned body in a fire pit at Zach’s place plus his DNA in the van. Cadaver dogs found the body, some of his clothing and a large file on the victim on Zach’s computer.
@@alexaelliott2598 @alexaelliott2598 That is a stretch. Investigators and cadaver dogs found jean buttons, underwear and what were thought to be remnants of steel-toed boots in a still-smoldering fire pit at Anderson's home. The body, or remains thereof, was never found.
I'm only 23mins & 44 secs in and it's already Very obvious this woman is blaming her ex boyfriend to take all suspicion off of Her. I'll see where it goes from here, but I have this strong feeling that she killed him and is using her ex as a scape goat. Smh
I watched the entire trial start to finish and was completely dumbfounded by the behavior of the court and the DA. Now that I have watched more trials I’ve come to find this is not abnormal, Karen read is a perfect current example of prosecutorial misconduct and a judge that’s in the bad towards guilt. I can’t blame the jury for getting Zach’s case wrong completely as they were lied to about DNA being found in Zach’s van, that’s simply a gross misrepresentation of the facts along with the 3rd party culprit not being allowed in Wisconsin aka the denny motion. One day Zach’s daughter is going to realize she got her father, an innocent man convicted…that poor thing.
How did she move his body? The police showed that the body drag marks ended at the patio doors and who ever removed the body had to have carried it, dead weight, to a vehicle. So how did she do it?
I just watched the first 10 minutes and the girlfriend is driving me crazy. The cop asked when was the last time you heard from him and she proceeded to read through every damn text!
She was upset, scared, and trying to give as much detail as possible about a man she was dating because he was missing. You really shouldn't be watching these if your IQ is below room temp. Not to mention, she's a victim! You're shitting on a victim! WTF?
You mean the only woman?? What was so bad? She told the truth and was sad bc her ex that she's been warning the police about killed the guy she was dating
You people are probably those idiots who fall for the "Charming serial killers" if you found "the first woman" irritating. Your reference of "the first woman" makes it seem like you have the attention span, and intelligence, of a toddler, and didn't watch the whole thing. You're a nasty person, Natalie.
Seriously they had been seeing each other for how long??? So he hasn't contacted her in 24 hours so she goes over there and goes into his house???? It seems to me like she's the one with the problem. She saw him with someone else got jealous and decided to do away with him. Then she had a brilliant idea to set Zach up, did that as well. That daughter was an absolute instigator playing the parents against each other. It was so obvious and pathetic....
This case seems like an easy one. The creepy stalker that left his two 3yr olds alone in the middle of the night to go stalking on his ex, dragging his 11 yr old with him, obviously was the murderer. Anyway, he was able to prove himself in the court, but was found guilty… To those who sympathise with creepy stalkers; «If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, most likely it just may be a duck…»
So how did Sadie move this guy's body? The drag marks stopped at the patio door so who ever did the murder had to lift his dead weight body from the patio door into a vehicle. I thought it was interesting that the photo of Zach's vehicle showing the carpeting removed there was a box of opened garbage bags at the back of the photo.
What was the evidence?? Did I miss that?? I heard no mention of supporting evidence. Just conjecture and speculation. Have they found his body? I have so many questions!
There is no evidence. We are supposed to believe a 170 lb man with a bad back carried as 300lb dead body down stairs in an apartment without leaving any trace and no one seeing him.
DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T REALLY WANT TO KNOW: They found the remains of his body in a burn pit on the exes property and the clothes he was last seen in were also in the burn pit.
It is my understanding that they found the body in a burn pit on Zach's property in May of this year, along with a folder filled with details about Rosalios life on Zach's computer. Edit: My above statement is incorrect, I had seen someone reply with this information to other comments and instead of fact checking myself I took their word for it, my bad.
Personally, I watched that entire trial. I don’t think that Zach committed a crime if he did, they didn’t prove it in my book. There evidence was pretty flimsy. but the jury bought it.
@@alexaelliott2598 That is a stretch. Investigators and cadaver dogs found jean buttons, underwear and what were thought to be remnants of steel-toed boots in a still-smoldering fire pit at Anderson's home. The body, or remains thereof, was never found.
@@u.synlig yes that is exactly correct. Now I can understand what the misconception is regarding this case because there are people out here who literally don’t have the facts. even what they alleged to be human blood found in his van was inconclusive like I said to me there evidence didn’t amount too much of anything and was flimsy at best. I don’t understand how he got convicted. They didn’t even have circumstantial evidence in my book.
@dro2real836 because having a whole file, including the layout of the victims neighbourhood, is nothing, I guess. He was just collecting that info for funsies.
She’s being extremely detailed because finally someone is taking her seriously and she finally has someone with power to help listening to her. Every detail matters because she’s making her case to him. Woman are routinely dismissed or there’s not enough evidence. In many instances no action is taken because they don’t meet the legal requirements of restraining orders, like she said she couldn’t get one. As a DV survivor, I completely understand where’s she’s coming from while also finding listening to all the tiny details tedious and draining. However, they’re going to come in handy during her court case and building a case against him.
It was 2020 during defund the police and Kenosha was a mess with BLM/ANTIFA. He apologized and said we don't have tissue because times are tough right now...can't even afford tissue. 😅😂
The stalking charge against Zach appears to be well-founded, but I didn’t see ANY evidence, in this video at least, that Zach was responsible for Rosalio’s death (or that Rosalio was, in fact, dead, although it does seem likely).
Definitely agree on the blatant stalking and lack of murder proof, however the depth of stalking and general jealousy/possessiveness makes it clear to me that he's definitely close to being involved, if not directly involved And there's the possibility he used a 3rd party as to try avoiding implicating himself and that's the main reason there's not much linking him
Sadie was hardly anything to be jealous over. Zack was trying to get on with his life and his daughter is coming to him all the time saying mom slap me Mom did this mom did that... It would have been stupid for Zack to have questioned her because she probably would have lied. What else was there to tell his daughter? So what if he gave her an old non-working phone and said record your mom's screaming outburst. The guy that is missing and presumed dead had many many women he was involved with.... I would be checking out Sadie trying to set Zach up get both those men out of her life.
So he's stalking her and him when they're at her house together with his daughter by his side and recording them in the house together and you think it's just a coincidence that her boyfriend ends up dead wake up buddy
Don't forget the daughter was asked to keep giving dad Information on the pair and the phone in car stashed to use as a tracker and he bought two tracking devices says he wanted to know where he was at all times and why would he want to know that especially when using your kids as trackers as well if he's going to use his children to spy on his ex he's more than capable of murder and he's the only one who has a motive for murder against this man
@@danielcaughlan8188 he was never caught on any cctv on the way to the boyfriends house and he had limited time in which to do it. he may have stalked her, I'm not denying it but he didn't kill the guy who was dating a bunch of other girls. As far as I'm concerned they went on the daughters testimony and she was lying. sorry. thats the way i feel.
Idk. It bothers me that the detectives, didn't bother to look into any other scenarios. The victim was dating a few women at once. If Zach did get a hold of a letter from Rosalios car to another woman, you would think that would put his mind at ease, because it would show him that the relationship between Sadie and Rosalios wasn't a strong one and that Rosalio had other women in his life. A lot less to worry about, ya know? The daughter Olivia, just seemed to calm, and seemed to be the cause of all drama and in the middle of her parents problems going back and forth with information for each parent. Zach said himself, that his daughter lied to each of them about one another. Honestly I felt the little girl, wasn't just stretching the truth, I felt like she was out and out lying about alot, causing each parent to become paranoid. She might have liked the attention. I know some people will ask, "why would she lie about her own father, like that" Idk. She also lied about her mother to her father, saying her mom was out at the bar with different men. She knew her father was hurting more over her mother, and it almost seemed like she was driving her dad crazy on purpose, because she could. Sometimes people just like to lie, or sometimes it's compulsive, like a mental illness. I have known 3 people like that throughout my lifetime. I can recall asking one of them that had been my childhood friend, why she lied, about big things, small things and everything in between knowing she would normally get caught. She told me that her mother was like that, and when she was very little, she would hear her mother, lying to people, knowing she was lying about the dumbest stuff, and often including her in the lies, like saying, " and "Stacy" saw it to, right Stacy?! Which would be her cue to chime in, and lie for and with her mother. I don't think that's the issue here, but my point is there can be many reasons children and adults lie, it's hard to make sense of it. And often they will tell a lie so much, they eventually believe it themselves. There are just people that lie about everything! She was constantly pitting her parents against each other, getting into her mom's phone, is sneaky and akin to a lie. Telling her dad about it, making him sad and jealous, just for the sake of it, is lying. Then telling her mom, that her dad wanted her to record her mom's conversations. It could be a lie, it could be the truth, but in my opinion, if she would not have been playing I Spy, her dad might not have been so jealous and hurt. At the end when she was telling her mom and the police, that her dad left the boys alone and took the her with him to go spy on her mom and Rosalio at 3am, seemed contrived. Why on earth would he leave a 3yro and 4yro alone and take his daughter with him instead of leaving her to babysit? He knew where Rosalio lived, he knew where his ex lived, he did not need his daughters assistance in the middle of the night to go driving and spying. It would be unnecessary, and a stupid move, considering he was trying to get sole custody of his children. I don't believe he left his two baby boys at home alone for hours in the middle of the night. Honestly, I just felt like the girl was playing both her parents and then the cops as well. She must have felt so powerful in that moment, when her mom and the detective instantly took her word for it. She actually asked the detective and her mom, if she could call her dad, she wanted to set up her own father and call him" to see if she could hear Rosalio's" muffled voice " in the background!" Wow! What child would want to do that to their own dad? She pretended to be daddy's girl, full of information for him, and on his side, and then she callously says she wants to call him, to try and incriminate her father? If course that wouldn't of worked, but I think she liked the thought of being the detective's little helper. I'm sure she drove a bigger wedge between her parents, and drove her dad to act out in jealousy, but I just don't think she was able to drive him to murder. She never shed one tear. Not for her Dad. Not for her mom's loss. I hate to say it but I think the cops dropped the ball. They should have followed other leads, interviewed other people. They should not have just taken an 11yro girl's word. Case closed. How many times have we heard of people making things up to "help the police,"? A lot. Many times. I think the girl liked the drama between the parents. I think she liked the attention she got from both parents after she would give them information. When her mom hugged her at the end, at the detective told the girl her mom needed a hug, she was not hugging her mom back. She was not crying for her father's impending arrest. Normally children want to protect their parents. I saw none of that. Zach had none of Rasalio's DNA , blood or body or anything , on him or his shoes, clothes or car. No foot prints and no body, and not one pic of him on CCTV from anywhere on the way from his house to Rosalio's house. How on earth could he drive all the way there, kill him remove his body hide the body, clean his car, ditch his clothes, and have no evidence of a weapon at the scene or at Zach's house or in his car? Because it's never been found, and leave not one drop of evidence? Highly unlikely. If that little girl did lie, I would be frightened of her. This case needs a fresh pair of eyes. I think the cops rushed to judgement. I would hate to think of anyone sitting in prison for a crime they did not commit If he did it he belongs there, but if he didn't, he needs an Advocate.
She's getting attention. Probably something both of her parents have been too preoccupied to do. Having younger twin brothers on top of the crazy mess probably takes any attention away from her too.
She is definitely messed up acting like an adult trying to set up her dad? I’m sure she learned to play the game against both parents to get her way. It’s sad and abusive and I was thinking the exact same thing. Like she was relishing the drama.
He had a whole lot of girlfriends to be focusing on one person so quickly! This chick is going on and on and on about her entire marriage and custody arrangement like that has a darn thing to do with this missing man! Who cares if he took his kids while you were in Mexico lady??? Get back to the missing man!!! It’s very weird that she told her friend she is sick and “feels like shit” then asks her friend if she wanted to go for a ride… dope sick? It’s odd this is happening so close to when her ex files for custody and she’s really pushing her narrative🤨 He absolutely could have been stalking and still not have murdered anyone! If he had murdered him there’s no way that the cops shouldn’t have been able to place him at the scene… this case is sus
it's sad that so many people have nobody to REALLY talk to so they wind up spilling their guts like this... If nobody ever give a sh*t about hearing anything you have to say? People who should care? It happens.
Yeah, well. The BF's remains were found in a burn pit on her ex's property and he was sentenced to life in prison in May of this year. Turns out it did matter. 🤷🏿♀️
The mother seemed all over the place, very strange behavior and the best friend she has seemed to be more of the mom.....and every other second saying "you know you know....". Those kids are going to be messed up......
The parents have involved the child so much that she’s become 100% invested and taking sides. One minute she’s Recording her mom, and now testifying against her dad. Sadie and Leo should have never been dating in the first place. She had too much baggage. Such a sad ending. Prayers to his family.
The father is the father, the husband is the husband, the relationships are completely separate. You should never involve your children in your rubbish. You damage your children. Don’t even talk badly about them, even if they don’t pay, don’t look after the kids and behave badly. The custodian parent has to rise above and set a good example. The poor 13 year old girl, doesn’t understand and shouldn’t be involved. When they are adults, they will work it out themselves. Protect your children parents
@@valerie2827no, she was just naive. She just didn't realize he was such a player - especially since he texted her pretty constantly. And obviously Zach thought the relationship was real, too, since he brutally mur der ed Rosalio. This channel must have a very young audience.
1. I may have missed it....but did they ever find where Rosoleo is? dead? body? 2. I think the mother just JUMPED on her exhusband as THE ONE. He is NOT the only person who could have done something. YES< he had some stalker actions. But That does Not mean he killed the guy. I do not remember hearing ANY PROOF the guy was at the mans house...blood? clothes? shoe prints? hand / finger prints inside the home. JUST because he was upset about her dating....does not automatically make him the murderer.
They only declared him dead after convicting Zach of his murder. He could have been somewhere bleeding out while Sadie is spending hours talking to police about Zach.
Wow I remember seeing this trial on TV and I thought he was guilty however after watching this video and seeing that the police didn't even look at anyone else or really have anything to arrest him on for this case but had to go around about way to try and "get" evidence I have my doubts now.
@@Lorjarcawhat about the mother gesturing to her during her testimony? Him touching his lips doesn’t make him guilty, there were other times during the trial he did the exact same thing without anyone on the stand.
Sure would be better if he at least muted the keyboard so that when he types it doesn't sound like a Tap Dance Recital. (Is there a way to silence one's keyboard? I honestly don't know)😛
It was a new relationship. How is he cheating on her? It's called dating! People date around, until they find someone that they connect with. In the meantime, you don't tell someone about the date that you had last week. Unless you're wanting to hurt their feelings. I just don't like the narrative of him being "a cheater"! This guy is deceased and can no longer tell his side of things, but to me, it sounds like he was dating women. Maybe he was just looking for the right one.
@kellyryan6492 yes cause you have your children meet everyone that you're dating. He can be a victim and still be a bad person. Getting murdered doesn't automatically make you a good person. Plus they have the proof that he was pursuing other women, what side does he have to tell? He decided to have their children meet, implying a serious relationship and was still looking for other women. Not rocket science here.
This momma is all over the place!!! She got her child all in grown folks business. She acting as if she can’t convey what the daughter is saying… Damn!
Naw... the dad did that baby... absolutely crazy y'all saying that when he's the one put his kid in the middle!!!! That's crazy!!! He took her with him to stalk her mother! She didn't even know anything about him until dad told her and her interrogate the mom. She hadn't even brought him around them...
Right? Sending an 11 yo to covertly record the other parent, dragging her out for 3am window peeping to 'prove' the terrible, cheating, parent allegations, telling the child to snoop through cell the phone for dirt...
Maybe an unpopular opinion but I have a feeling that she may actually be the one who did it and put it on her ex. If you listen to her story she’s telling him how crazy her ex is and getting him to feel bad for her and I think she likes that attention. I think she framed the ex cause he was going for custody etc. I believe his version of the little girl having the phone to record her being abusive. I don’t think he did it. I think she did. And not to discredit the daughter but she could be lying to each parent to tell them what they wanna hear
Oh damn…the mom is MANIPULATIVE. I have Never heard of this case before and I genuinely thought mom was making stuff up in this interview. Everything she said was CALCULATED. Especially when detective asked her if she could call him and she didn’t want to. Why not??? She knew it would show his confusion in the details….specially the stuff she said of him not wanting to leave her. Imagine calling your exe that moved on and asking him “what did you do..did you kill my boyfriend”
She did make everything up but somehow the police believed every word she said and decided he was guilty if murder when there wasn't even proof the guy was dead. At this point they had a missing person with lots of blood in his apartment. He could have been alive and injured but instead of looking for him or trying to figure out what actually happened they they decided Zach was guilty
Just to put a word of support in for the daughter. I’ve been in (very similar to, minus the murder; and the stalker was a third party) Olivia’s shoes and it is an insane job for a child to have to constantly guess which parent actually has your best interest in mind. As an adult now I still don’t know which parent I should have “sided” with in court, but my relationship with my still living parent (who I had not “chosen”) has developed in very positive ways in the past few years after well over a decade of no contact. There really isn’t a way for a kid to figure this complex stuff out and I’m sure she was trying her best.
The state wanted Olivia ( the daughter) to testify in court , defense didn't want her to testify, but her mum ( this "like like you know" lady )gave permission to do so.
I wonder if she found out about all the other women and went ballistic. Perfect time to get rid of daddy. Probably told her daughter she'd give her whatever she wanted if she helped with the plan. He needs to get a hold of The Innocence Project.
It sounds like she had full intentions of breaking into his house but found something worse. She lied about how she got in the house. She’s hysterical but only about how this makes her feel. Even her daughter is unmoved by the theatrics.
And you know this how????? All bc this was skewed saying they didn’t have enough evidence to convict her ex? Seriously keep your amateur detective skills to yourself. You were not there and neither was anyone else. It’s a difficult case but almost always the obvious POI is the one who’s committed the crime. I’ve been stalked. It’s not fun and it’s scary as hell. Anyone willing to stalk someone is willing to go to any lengths to justify their behavior!! Her ex is creepy as hell. I can’t say he did it 1000% but I would venture to says he was the most probable candidate!
Exactly! I’ve been the unfortunate victim of stalking not only once by a neighbor who cut holes in my ceilings to watch me and my daughter but by a boyfriend after I broke up with him. I can speak from personal experience that anyone who’s willing to stalk someone is totally capable of killing someone. And the fact that he left his young sons alone while he took his daughter with him is showing he cares more about “catching his ex” than protecting his children.
Thank you so much for another awesome upload. I appreciate you so much as the work involved is not only a lot but there’s a risk of vicarious trauma, be careful we need you ❤
@@ollzolls618 I apologise, I should have made the disclaimer that “ I “ find it interesting, clearly you identify with this girl, I didn’t mean to offend you.
Half of what she says is bs. She didn’t have the relationship with him she is portraying. He was seeing several girls. Another girl was going to see him that night and spending the night. That made her jealous and that’s why she drove up there-to see if the girl spent the night. He owed a lot of people money and they were closing in on him. He was most likely beat with bats. Zach couldn’t have done this alone. Period. Rosario weighed 100# more than him and somehow he was supposed to have carried him wrapped in a rug out of the apartment complex and to his van in the middle of the day without anyone seeing him. Zach was also supposed to have driven to Rosalio’s house in record time and returned in record time, including disposing of the body in a way no one found it yet there is no sighting of him on any highway camera or on the apartment complex cameras etc. and his phone is home and active. No sign of blood or anything else in Zach’s van, all kinds of weird placement of things in Rosalio’s apartment, movement of furniture etc. Detectives did a shoddy job, his own Mom was the one to find his phone in the freezer and when they went to search the landfill (the trash was dumped the next day) they abandoned the landfill to go arrest Zach and now his body has never been found and could have and would have had a TON of clues attached to it. She used this to win the custody battle with Zach, period. One only needs to watch what a sham his trial was. I’m convinced it was a group of guys who he owed a lot of money to and detectives once again had blinders on as usual. I hope the man gets a new trial.
Moral of the story is, don’t be spying and controlling your ex, don’t be using the kids to spy on them - because you blacken your own character and make yourself suspect if anyone happens to anyone in your orbit.
The opened cans of fish and absent carpets in the van - that stinks. If Zach did it, he doesn’t have to have done it personally. I do think the police didn’t look around as thoroughly as they should have.
Sounds like she did it after finding out about all his other FB lovers. Zach wasn't caught on any cameras & ddnt have the time. She had time, motive & the opportunity to do it. All the detailed time stamps or purposely reading straight frm her phne gives psychopath to me. Even the constant checking on him made him uncomfortable. She did this.
Anderson shouldn't have been found guilty. The prosecution didn't come anywhere near proving beyond any reasonable doubt that Zachariah Anderson took the life of Rosalio. Sadie is a master manipulator and would do anything to alienate her kids from their father.
Because of her "Mama." She has brainwashed that child into believing her Dad is a stalker and killer...Every Child Deserves a parent, but Not every Parent Deserves a Child....
I feel so sorry for this child she is 12 going on 21 because they both drug her through this and put her in adult situations day after day. What a way to screw up a child
When she sent him messages like that he barely responded too, he def wasn’t as into her as she was him. It’s painfully obvious when you read the texts but she didn’t seem to pick up on it 😂
Parents who use her kids as pawns in their games can never understand how damaging they are being! Unfortunately for the daughter she has had to grow up fast and was played on both sides!
Police suspicion is NOT solely down to Sadie, it’s down to his own conduct, which screams of being controlling, jealous, and having a wonky moral compass - using his child to spy on his ex. There’s also the coincidental removal of carpets from his van and the opened, untouched cans of fish left there. That’s almost a cliché. I don’t know if Zach was behind it - but the police would have to be nuts not to be suspicious of him.
You would think that Zach was the one missing, I just don’t understand how all that she keeps going on and on about is relevant to the person who is missing.

I agree with ur old 75 yo ass, ur 100% right
In 100% Agreement with you at this stage of my life.
Meeting partners through Facebook Dating says it all.
My dad brainwashed us when they went through a divorce. I was 13 ans thought my mom was evil. Luckily i grew up and noticed the inconsistancies, abuse, lies, from my fathers own actions. Its so low to use your children against their parent.
Same, except it was my Mom about my Dad. Did a lot of mental damage and their kids have never been whole since. 😢
It was the opposite for us …mom had us brainwashed until we got old enough to understand for our self’s
My mom did this same thing with me tried to turn me against my dad the older I got I learned nothing was as my mom said
She wasn't brainwashed she was playing the parents against each other that was so obvious!
The daughter is too involved in adult business for my liking. The mom talks about it like its so normal to be scolded by your child.
I wouldn't call it adult business. They are very immature
@alq1967 true lol. Either way she was too involved.
I agree.
Sometimes parents coach children and turn them against their partner. This is very common and not the daughter’s fault.
@plantsplantsplants7298 I didn't blame her.
I couldn't/wouldn't do my 4 boys like that
Definitely going to need counseling after all of this
Dad got caught cheating on my mom and my parents split when I was 13 because he cheated on her his brother, his mother, his father, all his friends turn their backs on him. I was all he had.
9:26 She says, the screen door was open, the blinds were open all the way "like all the way, all the way"
12:08 "Ok, f*ck it, I'm just gonna open up the door" So I slid the door open, the screen and I just pushed the blinds aside and saw a big puddle of blood on the floor.
Nice catch
Good catch
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that..... But I doubted my visualisation of what the door scene looked like and wondered if it had like 2 doors, like a sliding French door but then an outta screen door.... If that makes sense.
If it was questionable, surely the detective would have picked up on that comment, as we did?! 🤔
It wasn't the door it was the screen on the window...at least that is what I heard
She actually says “and then i saw the screen door was open. Like the blinds were open all the way. the SCREEN DOOR was open all the way, like, all the way, all the way.”
She does not say the BLINDS were open all the way, like all the way, all the way.
Im not saying she doesn’t state the blinds being open all the way, but your misquoting what she actually says here, which makes a difference when you get to the second timestamp you point out.
Maybe rewatch that bit, her words are right on the screen as well. I too was confused and had to rewatch that bit again.
Plot twist: She did it after finding out he was cheating and framed her ex.
Especially considering Zach was filing for custody and she knew she couldn't pass a drug test. She also had her daughter lie about Zach. That story about having his daughter spy on her through the front window isn't even physically possible given the layout of the house -the completely inept judge wouldn't allow evidence of that!

Yeah I was sus at how quickly she stopped crying.
This case seems like an easy one.
The creepy stalker that left his two 3yr olds alone in the middle of the night to go stalking on his ex, dragging his 11 yr old with him, obviously was the murderer.
Anyway,
he was able to prove himself in the court, but was found guilty…
To those who sympathise with creepy stalkers;
«If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, most likely it just may be a duck…»

The stalking charge against Zach appears to be well-founded, but I didn’t see ANY evidence, in this video at least, that Zach was responsible for Rosalio’s death (or that Rosalio was, in fact, dead, although it does seem likely).
Definitely agree on the blatant stalking and lack of murder proof, however the depth of stalking and general jealousy/possessiveness makes it clear to me that he's definitely close to being involved, if not directly involved
And there's the possibility he used a 3rd party as to try avoiding implicating himself and that's the main reason there's not much linking him
Sadie was hardly anything to be jealous over. Zack was trying to get on with his life and his daughter is coming to him all the time saying mom slap me Mom did this mom did that... It would have been stupid for Zack to have questioned her because she probably would have lied. What else was there to tell his daughter? I agree. I think it was Sadie tbh
I would hate to think of anyone sitting in prison for a crime they did not commit
If he did it he belongs there, but if he didn't, he needs an Advocate.

They treat this little girl like she’s an adult and that’s going to cause a lot of problems later down the road. It’s so sad. 😢😢
I can't understand how. These parents allowed to be so involved So much in their relationships
I believe Zachariah is innocent . Sadie orchestrated the whole thing with her daughter 's testimony.
you better hope you never have a stalker b/c you wouldn't recognize the danger of someone like Zach even at the moment he was un-aliving you.
I appreciate you so much as the work involved is not only a lot but there’s a risk of vicarious trauma, be careful we need you ❤
May the Lord deliver us from evil partner 😢
oh LARD yes
This is why it's essential to take the time to really get to know someone before you get serious with him or her!!!
Olivia’s non reaction to her mother’s emotional display is interesting
She’s probably used to it and doesn’t take her seriously
Not really, she's eleven, and clearly a logical thinker, trying to involve herself in the investigation and act mature.
@@ollzolls618 I apologise, I should have made the disclaimer that “ I “ find it interesting, clearly you identify with this girl, I didn’t mean to offend you.
@@DSanchez-oq4yl Someone disagreeing with your take isn't a sign of offense being taken. ❤️ Please, pay better attention next time.
@@ollzolls618 lol sure
Zach lost the custody battle when everybody found out he was using his daughter to spy on his ex’s personal life.
I’ve always felt that she did it.
Anderson shouldn't have been found guilty. The prosecution didn't come anywhere near proving beyond any reasonable doubt that Zachariah Anderson took the life of Rosalio. Sadie is a master manipulator and would do anything to alienate her kids from their father.
Why does the little girl want to set her own dad up with a murder charge? This is insane
Soon as a chick says “I wanna make you my person” I’m running for the hills
Why’s that? I’m curious
When she sent him messages like that he barely responded too, he def wasn’t as into her as she was him. It’s painfully obvious when you read the texts but she didn’t seem to pick up on it 😂
The way this mother is interacting with her daughter is so soooo inappropriate 🤦🏼♀️
That lady seems to think the police already knows quite a lot with all these "you knows"
most people in the USA speak at a 4th grade level
Because it wasn't their first interview with her.
that’s like saying “you know what I mean?”
@StrangerStories This was one of my absolute favorite videos/stories you’ve done! 👏
Keep it up! Thank you!!
You would think that Zach was the one missing, I just don’t understand how all that she keeps going on and on about is relevant to the person who is missing.
I feel like…umm I’m like watching like…. Interrogation of..umm….like oh…George … who just like wanted to tawk 😂😂😂
And the gum chewing
Omg yesss 😂 Mr. Huguely
Awesome that you know that one! Bruce Rivers has a hilarious reaction video to that interrogation 😂
