I have been coming here for more than 20 years and the biggest draw for us is the state park. We usually hike around the 2 lakes,take in a meal at the lodge,do shopping in the downtown, eat at the Big Woods pizza,get a hot dog at the Depot. Mostly just relax and enjoy the scenery.

Nashville Indiana seems like a mini version of Gatlinburg. I live in Columbus!

No ambulance services? How do they manage injuries or emergencies in the park. Why would anyone visit there under risk of no available emergency transportation to a hospital. There is absolutely no way I would take my grandchildren to a place that would risk their lives in the event of an injury or medical emergency.
