We headed to Nottingham for the final part of Andy's birthday extravaganza - a night in his favourite hotel overlooking his favourite trams. The only problem is, when we arrived we found out the trams are closed for repairs, so we had to improvise and come up with a new trip that he'd still enjoy. We visited the science centre at Green's Windmill, had a drive around some of Andy's favourite landmarks from when he used to live in Nottingham, and got on a different tram and headed off in to a part of the city we've never visited before!

ABOUT THE CHAPMAN FAMILY
Hello folks and welcome to The Chapman Family! We are Kevin (dad), Anna (mum), Lucy (age 17), Andy (age 15), Amy (age 13) and Dave (around 35 in dog years).

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE CHAPMAN FAMILY
When Kevin left his full-time job as a Computer Science teacher in July 2017, Anna was trapped in our house by our son Andy, who is autistic and had refused to go to school for 18 months. Our daughters Lucy and Amy and our dog Dave hardly saw him because he was always working to try and solve all our problems! Today we're full-time content creators and Kevin is always at home when the kids get home from school (all our kids!) and Anna has been able to return to university. This channel is the story of my family's ongoing journey as family vloggers! Previously known as lollujo Vlogs and Kevin Chapman.

I love the Nottingham videos! I watched for over a year not knowing where anything was having never been and have now finished my first year in Nottingham Uni and had subconsciously learnt so much about the trams and the shopping centres from Andy’s lifts and tram rides and it helped me settle in so much better there!
When you rub your hands together it creates thermal energy which transfers into chemical energy which is what is in batteries.

Hi Kev, has Andy ever been interested trainspotting on high speed lines for example: High speed One or the West Coast mainline or has he only liked trams and local trains?
Best bit was at the end where Kev almost fell down, especially as he was so cruel to Anna earlier when she fell down the back of the tram stop seat.
The flats are been restored at the moment to make shops and housing

I live in Kent and the nearest tram is in London which isn't too far but we hardly go there. I love trams and I went on one in Edinburgh whilst on holiday

Premier inns have restaurants. You can get breakfast and dinner there. You can also get dessert.
