Magical Adventures for Children: THE MYSTERY OF THE LOST CARROT

At the Happy Farm, Paco, the most curious and mischievous chick, was taking a nap under a tree when he heard a desperate cry.
My giant carrot has disappeared! cried Lula the rabbit, running around the field.
Paco jumped up.
A mystery! This is work for the great detective Paco.
Paco gathered his friends: Chispita the little mouse and Ramón the duck.
We have to find Lula's carrot before the farmer comes back, said Paco with authority.
First they went to the chicken coop, but they didn't find anything, only the chickens. Then they searched the stable, where Margarita the goat was practicing somersaults.
Margarita, have you seen the giant carrot? asked Paco.
No, but I saw Lorenzo the pig passing by the garden this morning. It seemed very suspicious!
Paco and his team found Lorenzo snoring under a tree. Ramón woke him up with a splash of water.
What's going on here? Lorenzo growled.
Where's the carrot? Paco said, pointing at it with a twig.
Lorenzo yawned and said:
Carrot? I don't even like vegetables! Ask the sheep, they're always chewing on something.
The sheep were in the field. Paco questioned them, and finally one of them confessed:
It wasn't us, but we saw something strange! A line of very strong ants carrying something orange into the forest.
Everyone ran into the forest and, sure enough, they found an army of ants carrying the giant carrot. Lula shouted:
There's my carrot!
Paco, with his cunning, offered the ants a deal:
If they give us back the carrot, we'll give them all the corn they want.
The ants accepted and, together, they took the carrot back to the garden.
That night, Lula organized a party in gratitude, with carrots for everyone and, of course, lots of corn for the ants. Paco stood up in the middle of the barn and said:
Case solved!
Everyone applauded, and the farm was once again a happy place full of adventures.
And that was the end of the story.
