Floor defense is something we Filipinos can be good at, we're shorter and quicker than a lot of countries. I hope we pattern our game from Japan. Dapat lahat ng players marunong ng floor defense hindi yung purp spike lang.

Dawn Macandili, UAAP Season 80 Finals MVP! She already had 2 MVP awards! To those who hate, mag MVP muna kayo bago mang bash.
Unbelievable talaga si Ate Dawn. Indeed, Ms. Everywhere 💚
Di ko magets kung bakit issue yung dolphin dives ni dawn. People would say mas magaling pumwesto sina arado at lazaro. Pero mostly naman yung dives niya ay dahil sa off the block, misreceives and misdigs of teammates, coverage, tsaka dropballs ng kalaban ah. She would throw herself to save those balls. Yung commitment niya sa bola (and agility) ang di mo makikita sa ibang libero - which makes her the queen of liberos in PH.
P.S. Pinupwestuhan niya din po yung mga palo, FYI. It's just that La Salle is a good blocking team kaya nadedeflect ng blockers yung mga palo, kaya habol talaga palagi si dawn.

No Hate po kay Denden, I'm also a fan. Pero we should respect and appreciate the style of Dawn as a libero. Dawn is an agility type libero know for her dolphin dive compare to Denden and Arado na positioning type na libero. Don't try to compare ang dati at ngayon kase mas malakas at mas mabilis ang mga palo ng mga spikers ngayon kesa noon.

I like to think na her dive is not a means of showing off. She moves a lot kase ayaw nyang kabahan sa court. It's her way of actually playing and enjoying the game. She's proud to be a libero, I can say.

This girl was just simply amazing, during the U23 Asian League held last year here in the Philippines, those dives she made to save the ball just made me jaw drop.

Lagi ako nanonood ng psl nako yang si denden walang walang kahit pa icompare sa ibang libero like arado. Mabuti pa tumigil na lang at mag.asawa na at manatili na lang sa kusina
