It's widely available, just not hugely promoted. The culture goes in cycles. It's been through phases like it's in now. And every now and then stuff like this makes it's way back to the mainstream. You can't say "it's not so available" when 2 of the biggest hip hop artists in the world: J Cole and Kendrick make music with similar levels of lyricism and insight and sell millions of records.

The culture goes in cycles. It's been through phases like it's in now. And every now and then stuff like this makes it's way back to the mainstream.
You can't say "it's not so available" when 2 of the biggest hip hop artists in the world: J Cole and Kendrick make music with similar levels of lyricism and insight and sell millions of records.
This song still bangs in 2024.. Ive gon to Detroit more now than i ever have in my 46 years of life because of my job i love how the city has come back to life and i make it a PRIORITY to listen to this song at least 3 times a week #ripDilla

These guys are definitely the successor to legends such as Tribe Called Quest, Wu Tang Clan or The Pharsyde. Sad part is that while these guys understand the art and curate it, 90% of rappers are more interested in mumbling for a paycheck. Proof that success and talent are two different things...
