What does ASMR stand for?

What IS ASMR?
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus.
Examples of different ways to experience ASMR~
🧠Physical ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while having your hair brushed/styled/touched, getting your forehead rubbed or your face touched softly while getting makeup applied. Someone softly tracing upon your back.
🗣Auditory ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while listening to a particular sound that triggers you. There are several different sounds that may trigger this feeling; such as a whispered voice, typing on a keyboard, water swishing sounds, listening to someone write, turn pages in a book, tap on objects, etc.
👁Visual ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while observing someone create art, slice foods, carve soap, wood, candles, trace over shapes/letters with their finger or a pointer etc.

Prim, Even though you are busy you still find time to film videos and that shows your dedication and care for others. I love the colors you are wearing, the red Winter hat, the purple earrings which are very nice, the shirt with colorful lettering and your shiny nails. I love the way you express yourself through the power of colors. I am really glad you enjoyed those gifts in the package I sent. You help so many to relax for sleep, I hope this book helps you to relax and learn more about sleep. The mug set is cool, glad you love it, I am happy to hear you will use the butterfly blanket on the rocking chair your parents gave you. I also love all the other gifts you received. You are great at using trigger sounds like tapping on items, the crinkle sound of plastic, and other sounds for relaxation. Your whispered voice is the best, the softest tone for a calming soothing effect. I really enjoyed this video and am glad you are happy with all the gifts.
