I never believed that those ladies especially Loni Love had anything to do with Tamar getting fired from The Real. I've met Ms. Loni long before she was a household name. My son was hosting a comedy show here in Sacramento. Loni and Luenell were both the headliners. After the show Ms. Loni could have gone all diva and leave but she didn't. She took the time to go to the crowd and greet them. Then she complimented me on the blouse I was wearing. Her energy was positive and her demeanor humble. Fasting forward to today I haven't read or heard any credible negativity attached to her name. From the day of the comedy show until this I have nothing but love and respect for this lady...and it's not because she liked my blouse.😸😸

It goes beyond Vince just not wanting to be blamed for someone firing Tamar. Loni heavily implied that he actually WAS the reason she got fired in the first place.
Think about it: he's an abusive partner - Tamar's finding a lot of success with DWTS and her music, and she asks Loni for a new manager. Why would she do that? Vince wasn't managing her properly to capitalize off of her success. Loni gives Tamar an "out" to leave him and diminish Vince's power over Tamar, and the next thing that happens is that she's fired from the show??
Vince felt threatened by the possibility of Tamar leaving him and sabotaged her career to prevent that from happening. Then he put the blame on Loni and the other girls to isolate her and distance her from a lot of her support system, and from the very people who could actually tell her the truth and expose Vince. This dude is evil and I'm glad she left him

I 100% agree with you!! I remember when Tamar was first fired there was a rumor going around that Vince wanted more money so they dropped him as an executive producer. The producers wanted to negotiate a deal with Tamar to renew her contract but Vince wouldn't allow them to speak with her alone, so they had no choice but to fire her.

This is why you do not mix business with pleasure. I do not understand how such talented female artists, Tamar, Mary J, Mo'Nique and others, allow themselves to be put into such a trick bag. Men do not do this, so why do women, like this somehow brings the couple closer together? Yeah, it is brings the men closer to the green, because women are so caught up into them. He told her to handle her own affairs and do not let anyone including a significant other handle her business. Oprah heeded every word that is why she is the billionaire she is today; handling her own money. Ladies, you are bringing home the bacon, you can handle your own. Because he was in the background he was able to get away looking "clean" and ALLOW his wife to take ALL the shots!! My prayer is now that Tamar is become her own woman that she put on her big girl pants and say sorry to all the ladies. Listen, I'm a ride or die Tamartian fan to the fullest. But I gotta call it as a true fan should. She needs to make her wrongs right and re-image herself. I've had the privilege of meeting Tamar a couple of times at her concerts, and she has always been sweet and respectful. I feel that's the real core of who she is and not the fanfare that she puts on. I want her to continue to apologize when she gets it wrong. Wow Vince probably the real enemy in ALL of her relationships...including her sisters. I mean they weren't his biggest fans and she was probably acting out about that because he was her husband, and naturally you would be on the side of your spouse. But I don't want to 100% blame Vince, because she is an adult. But misinformation and pride can be a big downfall. I pray that this is the start of a healing and moving forward for the ladies!

I believe it's still true that we don't know the truth. I can't agree that Tamar was his money maker per se, because he successfully managed people before Tamar, and made money doing so. It was noticeable though, the reach of Tamar's albums before Vince's management versus with it. That's just one thing in a marriage/business relationship. These two people surely had issues in their marriage but we don't know what that truly looked like. And through it all, Vince hasn't said anything against Tamar OR her family who spoke out against him. We have to remember that what we see is literally a show that has been put on for us. We may never know the truth and..... we don't have to.

I could see Vince manipulating Tamar. I love Tamar but she seems a little goodish at times. I could see Vince doing something like this for real. She loved Vince very much. Everything make sense now. Remember the show Tamar and Vince. How he was cold and distance he was with Tamar. The fact he knew that his wife was looking for new manager way before Tamar and Vince air their show. Yes, he was pretty cold and distant from her. I took it as he was just finally tired of Tamar's antics, a man can only take so much disrespect. I have seen women like Tamar turn nice gentle men into the exact opposite. Men are actually much more sensitive than women, men internalize everything. Its hard for me to think he was ever physically abusive towards her, Tamar claims he never hit her, we may never know though. I have never been a fan of Vince.

It depends on what you were fired for. In Tamar's case, her manager, Vince, had her fired. So there is still a chance.
She handled the firing atrociously and completely damaged her relationship with the girls, she isn’t ever gettin her position back and honestly the show is better without her

Tamar really acted like a little child with this situation. Instead if finding out the teal info, she took something and ran with it, choosing not to verify the infomation with people she called friends.

We knew this already. This is why I've always thought Tamar was unfair towards the girls. People went IN on the girls!!! What upsets me the most is that Tamar went on The View and allowed the hosts to shade the girls who were once her friends. Besides, Tamar knows she wasn't advertising friendly. She was the one who got the least offers.She let people attacked and humiliate them. She said Tamera only wnet to Logan's party for the pictures. This always happens to Tamar because she acts before she sings. She also ranted about her long-time friend Tiny because she went to the show but Tiny forgave her. Tamar needs to apologize. Had she behaved in a classy way, WE would have out her on the show again! We were furious when she was fired and so were the girls. Had she remained quiet, The Real would have had to apologize and allow her to come back. She also had a VERY nasty attitude towards Jeannie and fans would complain over and over again. But to be honest, the show hasn't been the same without her.

The proof is in the pudding. Vince failed Tamar's music career, so did he her other business ventures. He was not a good manager and the last season of Tamar and Vince REALLY confirmed that.
Apparently, he is set to go on the Wendy Williams Show in a few weeks to tell his side of the story, so we we're waiting and we shall see what's up.

@@juliedavis7445 he TERRIBLY mishandled the release of Calling All Lovers. After Let Me Know was released 10/2014, he did not push the label to promote the song even though it was doing good. He waited till 5/15 to put out a second single and scrapped LMK even though it was the only successful single from the album. He only booked 1 performance for If I Dont Have You. He then pushed the album back from 9/11/15 to 10/02/15 WITHOUT telling Tamar and blamed Epic Reords, through a another 3 singles out in 3 weeks before the album and when the album dropped, he didnt book any promo for the album. Instead, he book her on DWTS while on tour with Mary J Blige and Maxwell while also tapping the Real back to back daily, ultimately causing Tamar major health complications which almost killed her. Recently last year, he mishandled Bluebird of Happiness. He told her to leave Epic because they were starting their own company, in actuality Epic would not push Tamar next record because he old Sony Music (Epics owner) of $1M because he did not find any new acts like he was contracted to. After her single release, he again did not book any promo. Tamar did alot of club appearances and shows she booked on her own. He would also booked small interviews and wouldn't tell her and made her look unprofessional. He only booked her on the BET Awards and released her videos (2 months after). He released another single (Blind) and pushed the album back again without telling her. Once the album came out and she booked to tour with Xscape, they were not together. He blocked her from releasing any more singles from her album or the videos she had already released snippets for.
