Having a “Team” that works together and help each other through the day is called an A TEAM, thats what its all about is to keep each others work load flowing and that keeps people happy for the most part! Good help is hard to find in a world where people will say “i cant find a job” but when told where many places hiring they quickly say “oh i aint working there, its too hard of work” so basically you saying you want a paycheck for showing up then.
Regarding the bureaucrats trying to mandate the electrification of most vehicles that makes life possible recently, and then seeing all the equipment it takes to run that one site. It's easy to see that's never going to happen, and I'll sleep better knowing that. Over the years I have had lot's of trouble from defective radiator caps . First thing I do is change the cap and make sure it has the specified pressure rating.
@@TheRealMrDiGG.. I used to be a field service technician for the mining industry and I remember once there was a loader on a coal stockpile that they had problems with. It kept overheating. They changed radiators and oil coolers on engine and transmission then the torque converter was suspected of slipping and it got expensive and just before the engine was removed someone suggested that they call a mechanic out. The cause was simple and very cheap. They HAD changed the radiator cap but the wrong one was fitted. They had put in a 7lb cap instead of a 14lb one and the system pressure was too low causing the coolant to boil.
Side note have you considered doing a fundraiser in your multch department or garden, landscape department? When I was in Washington St in the boy scout program as a leader we were able to do fundraisers with a couple different groups that always liked to help us out.
a buddy of mine ran over an an old mattress that was just the springs buried in the mud it wrapped itself around the driveshaft in like 2 seconds. this was before cordless tools got good so we had to get a generator and an angle grinder and spend like 3 hours get enough cut off to exposed the bolts for the u joint so we could pull the shaft off then we we put a chain looped around the ends and unwound it with my winch on my jeep. took us almost till daylight to get it done
The process of moving trucks is something I definitely feel right now. I'm finishing up building a new gaming PC currently, and once that's done I have to shift all the files over, and then fiddle with settings.
@@TheRealMrDiGG Congratulations on finishing! I've had no end of trouble. It just wouldn't turn on, then it sat for a month when I got sick, and I've only just got it to actually turn on this week. Hi Ryan. Isn't that paper/cardboard pulp no good for blending in your compost? Seems a waste of a compostable product that is already shreded, especially if its a regular item brought to the landfill. Just a thought. Cheers from down under🇦🇺👍
I love your videos. That said, there is a serious lack of safety at that landfill. I also bring treats and drinks to my favorite disposal site helpers😊
I would think that the speed of the fan would increase as 5he temperature increases or decreases as the temperature decreases and run at the minimum speed until the it’s needed.
it could of been a combination of a clogged radiator combined with the fan speed being just enough to keep it going when its spotless but these machines are run very hard compared to running them pushing dirt with as hot as your area is its not surprising you have overheating problems
