- Cleaned up the old dent-side Ford F150 to enter it in its very first local car show. This was the first annual "Low Down on the Farm" in Middlesex NC and what a great turn out. The weather was perfect and cars, bikes, and trucks of all varieties came out to show off.

Tim Warner it’s been so long ago I don’t remember. Honestly they are about due for replacing. They have a bit of dry rot starting to show. So unfortunately they will be getting replaced soon. Not sure what I’ll go with.

That thing is beautiful I have a 78 and a 79 short bed. Selling the 79 if anyone is interested. 302 doesn't turn over but I have a 351 Windsor engine that's going with the truck.

Great video! Thanks for catching my Chevelle at 4:25 and 11:45 leaving. My car has little dents and scratches and chips all over it but it is fun to drive and show, your truck is a great looking truck, just enjoy driving it and don’t worry about how perfect it is. If it was too perfect you would never drive it.
Your car is gorgeous! That is the truth though. They are meant to be enjoyed and if they were museum quality it would make it anxiety filled to get them out on the road. Thanks for checking out the video!

@@ChaosCarClub yes about 10 years ago I used to go the F-100 wrecking yard man every time I went there there was heaps some very clean condition getting wrecked , I said to the owner how come ? He said ya know transmission goes or something minor they just can’t be bothered so they buy new Japanese turbo diesel truck... I couldn’t believe so now in here pretty rare to see them , there’s a few here and there and some immaculately restores like this orange one bad arse with gloss black roll bar and lights on top jacked up and few others but very rare nowadays, mine I wouldn’t sell for no money , take care your truck is super cool super Brutus tough

@@ChaosCarClub every time I went to that yard the prices were higher .... lol I do know a dude he’s mercenary he’s got over 100 Ranger Lariat and Ranger XLT most 78-79 that’s he’s favourite I’ve got photos in my Instagram Leandromachado91 trucks stacked on top of each other he used to sell me parts but also he’s greed my friend he asked like a lot for little things he got me $ 550.00 for styleside Ranger Lariat rear bumper brackets ... but yes hold onto your truck 78-79 are the ultimate trucks a lot people say that , your truck is very beautiful!
