The ingredients are as follows:
• 5 pieces of tofu
• 1 egg
• 5 red onions
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 red chilies
• 7 cayenne peppers
• 2 spring onions
• 1/2 tsp salt
•1 tsp powdered mushroom stock
• 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
• 40 ml water
