Seeing this video made me want to create an account that has no limited units just for spite. Haha.

Don't stress too much about rerolling. It'll take at least a year for a new account to be competitive in endgame raids anyway, by which point you should be able to collect all of the best characters if you focus on pulling the limited character and anniversary banners. Telling a new player to reroll simply because you don't have NY Fuuka or Dress Hina is more likely to make new players quit than help. At level 40, you still haven't collected most of your free pyroxene anyway, and rerolling won't make the limited banners return any sooner.
You have enough solid 3* characters that you'll be able to clear the new player content pretty quickly, especially since you have Hibiki to nuke all of the red-armored missions that you face early in the game. Just farm pyroxene and pull on the upcoming Nagisa banner, since she'll definitely be the first limited character that will make your account strong.

is this guy joking? Just in case this guy is giving real advice, I have to say.. this has to be the WORST possible advice to give to ANY player, new or old. Telling people to reroll because they don't have like 1 character (NY Fuuka only comes around once per year btw, you can't reroll for her lmfao)... I know he's probably joking or something, but.... Don't do what this guy is telling you, please. You will kill your passion for the game if you do that.
Plus it makes no sense to reroll, like how do you expect to have more than Ako and Ui ?

Yeah, this is one of the best accounts you could hope for. Aru / mutsuki /hibiki will carry reds. Momoi + Nonomi will carry yellows. Momoi / Hinata will do well in blues.
Ui + Ako will set you up for future raids when he gets around to it in a few months. He just needs to play the game lol

@@acaciastr4in He clearly missed the Eroha banner, since he doesn't have Ibuki. Eroha + Ibuki would be all he needs to clear blue just as easily as red and yellow, but considering when he joined, this really is the best he could have hoped for, yeah. Can't have Limited characters if he hasn't been playing long enough to pull on a Limited banner.
I agree with you. After checking the history, I saw that my first 37 characters were farmable (I have an FTP account). After receiving CherinoHS and Kazusa, he took a break for six months. Then, after receiving KayokoNY, TokiB and ArisM, the situation did not improve much. And as soon as the HanakoS anniversary started, then I got her and some other characters, which greatly expanded my student base.
In short, in the beginning, the pool of students is not particularly important. Just play, gain experience and learn the game. After some time spent in the game, it will become clear what you need and what you want to get in the first place: just waifu, close the content or both.
Anniversary is strong, by the way. It's always worth saving up for)
As a lvl.90 sensei with gold on TA, GA and TC. I advise you not to reroll, and not to focus on meta at an early stage, focus on WAIFU.

Yeah sure this account doesn't have some of the useful units but that doesn't mean it's the end. I started with hibiki and aru and still manages to sustain myself quiet better especially pushing the story stages, making enough pyroxene to then gacha strong units. Eventually you dont need to rush in this game, i say enjoy the story or chase waifu at least starting out
For those discouraged with similar accounts, you'll be alright. Just keep playing. On my one any only account, I used my starting pyros to spark for Kaede, and my only other 3 star was Hifumi for the longest. It wasnt until fest banner that i got chars like aru, iori, ako & iroha. Reroll if you want, but that's still a good bit of time investment.
Also imo the account is cracked for a new player (with Ako Ui and NY Haruka) idk what this guy is cooking
@Norio_sensei agreed. I can't think of many players who would pass up those 2 if they rerolled for that.

But it’s not like they should expect to be competitive in raids any time soon. They have ako ui and even tho hibiki aru and Azusa are farmable it’s still a solid account.
And let’s be honest, while it’s nice to have himari, she will probably be “replaced” by kisaki depending how she performs in the upcoming jp raids.

@@Starfall01 i'm newbie though, still no point in actually sparking normal banners only fest ones(i sparked some not so good characters and feel kind of bad but during fest i was able to get most of the characters that are useful in most situations)

Bro really just roasted my early days playing BA. I literally only have Aru as my 5 star at some point and yes, I have no concept of reroll back then. Never heard of 'em.
Come on, now. When I started the game, I only had Shun to carry red, and Nonomi for yellow for quite some time before my first pull session. It was suck to grind with only those characters.
But now lv. 80, I have D.Hina, Mika, D.Ako, Makoto, Ui, NY.Fuuka to name a few.
In short, just keep on playing. You will get lucky sometimes, and the other times, maybe not so much. Keep playing, keep grinding pyroxenes, and pull when you want. The characters you needed may spook you in those pulls.
You can say he is a PERMANENT player. Get it cuz he has no limited students

The first account is better than mine when i was a newbie, it has the most necessary students for the early-game contents, you can farm with this account easily. Meanwhile newbie me, having zero shii about the game, having only ako, hot spring nodoka and marina (and I got haruna later), managed to have 4-5 limited students for the endgame contents
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the only decent non-farmable character I had at level 40 was Cherino, and I'm doing okay now. This guy has a pretty decent account for a new player.

Gonna have to disagree with a lot of the commenters on this video. As a 6 month player, this game was incredibly boring and tiring to play at first when I didn't have any strong units to throw at the various fights. Scrapping together whatever you have laying around and hoping it's good enough is not fun. Maybe you all have forgotten how draining it is to throw your lv40 team at a lv38 fight and lose horribly. This game has a built in reroll feature. They want you to start off strong and hit the ground running. If you're a new-ish player and didn't score one of the recommended, stronger characters, just reroll and/or start over. Personally, this game did not pick up for me until I got dress Hina and started knocking out clears left and right. I still can't do the hardest/endgame fights in the game currently, but the difference now compared to a few months ago is, I'm actually looking forward to getting strong enough to do them now.
Lololololol skill issue. I just use my lvl 42 shun, serika, mutsuki and yuuka to clear area 9 and 10 with lvl 55+ chars and 3 star everything

lvl 40 is low level but its high enough to make a player quit, u cannot just tell anybody reroll bc they dont have some meta characters
Mission 22 whilst being lvl 63 is crazy😭😭. I'm level 70 with much more built characters but can't even beat mission 14😭(2 month acc)
Focus on students with AoE EX-skills. Iroha is broken and will carry you all the way to max mission, I was able to complete mission 24 (max at the time) because of how broken iroha is.

I spent a week long rerolling hell before playing the game for PVP and Binah during Global Release. My account can always sneak top 50-200 in PvP.

Easy Platinum before Insane and Torment. After I skipped Ako, Cherino, and Ui, they never spook me on all all the banners until I pulled them on their 3rd-4th rerun. Before I got them, Platinum with Insane is difficult.

I pulled on c.hare, d.ako , fest, and ny.fuuka banners all sparks
now Im lvl 70+ can only clear until gold in all content, also I can't clear fury of set at all lmao.

He is kind of new player, there is some sort of system for newly registred players that they will go to the league of some period, for example i registered at may 1st, the period was from april 1st to may 1st, i will be in shit cause others already played for a month(it's just an example cause i don't know actual period time, cause i have two accounts and my second one had easier time getting higher, i made it about a month later after starting blue archive for the first time) but my second account started at may 2nd and at the start of the period all players will be as weak as me so if i take this opportunity i can get high in pvp quickly, though aftee some time pay to win players will bring me down, smth like that, just for general information, grand assault, total assault fights between all players cause i was able to find both of my accounts there, while pvp isn't

New players get matched with new players or low lvl players, as you grow in level you get matched with higher lvl

Nagisa good, but Hibiki can do the trick for a while, next banners are way too good to miss because of a simple "upgrade"

I would personally try for Nagisa if you don't have her, she will make your life a lot easier in a few places because Hibiki only deals damage, but Nagisa has the defense debuff against red armored enemies. Toki is skippable, unless she's waifu. :P
Nagisa is only better because she decreases defense IF it's a red type defense. Otherwise, for just red aoe damage, Nagisa and Hibiki are the same.

They can be extremely strong, to the point that they define a playstyle/team, and only rerun once a year.
Well, like in most of the gacha, the limited characters are usually really strong, so It's better If you try to focus on get them, like, they really make a big difference in the end-game content If you have them.

NY Fuuka is really good! I wouldn't reset it and you can work on other students, hopefully can get Himari along the way and if you don't have Ako try and get her when she comes.
