I feel for Tony Ralston, he’s a player who improves with sustained game time, something he hasn’t had this year then straight in against the Germans and Swiss . Watch him have a blinder v Hungary, tenner on him to score
The German commentators had a right go at Ralston but to be fair Ralston getting crosses in and really was excellent offensively. Ralston was so unlucky with his pass back as the ball slid strait on to the left peg to the only man at the Euros who could score that. The German commentary were criticisimg Ralston on 1-v-1 defending and i have to say i agree with that. The Pass back wasnt really an issue. As for Callum he does look like he has lost a yard and we all saw one of his worst seasons at Celtic. Callum cant have another season like that and he needs to improve his fitness and also look at that achillies issue. Callum was decent against the Swis but he has so much more in his locker.
Sorry mate totally disagree, I thought ralston was shocking, nowhere near that level, actually makes me think we need another RB too he was that bad, not good if AJ gets a bad one

Spot on about the manager an his subs too why he gave shankland 4 mins in stoppage time is beyond me takes more than that to get upto speed with the game 🤯 Christie too John McGinn was needing subbed around 60/70 mins an Christie would have been perfect but he gets brought on with a couple a mins lol shankland should be starting in this system we are playing

Ralston had a good game, handley threw Gilmour and him under a bus - well played Tony and great second half
Also the two centre backs are a position and a goalkeeper position not opening passing lane for Ralston, they expect long ball forwards.
