The other problematic issue relating to land reside within municipalities, a directive of MFMA on releasing land on market value terms. Even when municipalities are willing to release the land for public development (for poor people). At times councilors will push sticking to MFMA but, when boys with big money or equity want the same land.........municipality will concede and give concession on price (nominal value). Talk about big businesses who still beats government on acquiring land at cheap price, while poor business will have to climb a mountain to convince government to release the land.
When the ANC and others include this gentleman cannot give you an accurate account of who owns what land, then you know you in trouble. Notice how ANC cadres and family have farms.

I am an African. Africa like the rest of the world is diverse. Land reformation is critical, The Government is sitting on most of the land.
