Had a piper 3 into 1 on my GT750B back in 1979. More bottom to mid power but choked higher in the rev range. Which was no bad thing, as it stopped blowing crankshaft oil seals afterwards.

Same here , choked @ high revs ( well 6000 rpms ) :-) later installed it on my friends tuned GT750 ( 110PS) . This bike blew the 3-1 into two pieces.

I have a 1972 gt750 with front drum 4ls brake. I cant my brake to work with much stopping power. I like your braking system. Btw i have higgspeed too. Its excellent and so well made. Top quality

A company called Strader used to make a 3 into 1 for these bikes. My boss has a GT with one on it in his collection. Bike needs restoration and I kinda want it..Your pipe sounds great, I love the more intense sound over separate pipes, both sound amazing, but the 3 to 1 is nice in it's way.

My old gt550j retained the centre stand, was told it was the 1st one made for this model by Piper. Hung a bit lower than desirable though!!😁

3 into 1 will never make the same power. Not a worthy sacrifice imo for the sound. Gt750 still sound great with other pipes
