I love that you didn't cut the initial jump back, and I love even more that you simply did it again. Thank you, a million times over, for your videos. I'm lucky to study with wonderful Mysore teachers to help me. As I've been given new and more challenging poses, I watch your videos. I'm not entirely sure of their effect on my own practice but I like to believe they have their place, complementing what my teachers have done. Thank you! Best wishes, and happy new year! xo
Thanks for breaking it down. I can't seem to reach my hands and I'm going to try the one side at a time - to get the feeling of where the position of the arms need to be! Thanks
Hi Kino, Thank you for the great tips, I am currently working on the leg behind head in Supta Kurmasana, I can get the leg behind my head for each side, however i need to hold on to them because it will slide out, do you have any tips how should I work on for the leg to stay in order to get both behind my head ? Thank You
Hi Kino, I followed your advice and was able to get my leg behind my head without holding it. However, my legs are very sore the next day, feels like i ran a 5 miles marathon... but it goes away after a warm shower, then i tried it again and the next same soreness... Is it common to have this soreness? Thx Thx
what about the fire extinguisher from behind.... is it working or not? A bit too high placed but not for an yoga practitioner ...just in case.... * For sure well done Kino and thank you for sharing with as the yoga detailed practice. Ladies are naturally very '' flexible'' as mind first and body. Man needs time to reach the childhood or rather baby memory. Thanks again Kino. bertt.
