Thanks a lot for two parts about QSAR. I want to know that how many descriptors should we use in the model.i.e. optimum number of descriptors.
There is not really any optimum number of descriptors, but a rule of thumb is that you need 10 training sets for each descriptor.

7:30 High LogP = high ability to pass through cell membrane? Doesn't lower LogP = better permeation?
the cell membrane is hydrophobic and can passively be taken up by cells. The cell membrane acts as a barrier to polar molecules.
