I don't usually like shows where the comedy is primarily fanservice, but honestly, I thought this show was hilarious. Plus the characters were interesting and likable, and the action sequences were definitely well done.

Love this anime. By the way, do you know who I think is the toughest person in this show? It's not Touma, Misaka, or Accelerator; it's the dorm mistress. Think about it; every one of the students at Tokiwadai is Lv. 3 or higher, they've got not one but TWO Level 5's out of 7 in the entire city (Misaka and the bitchy blonde with the Mental Out ability from season 2), and AFAIK most of the faculty at most of the schools have no abilities themselves. In other words she's the one normal person in an entire dorm building full of psychic schoolgirls and she still manages to uphold the rules with an iron fist to the point that even the 3rd strongest esper in the city and her roommate (who is a powerful esper in her own right, and technically a cop to boot) trembles at her approach - one BAD ASS dorm mom.
