started watching the anime yesterday. One of the comments here nailed the description so well. To me the anime is just so sweet, feels like I'm going to get diabetes, then it just flips a switch and has one of the craziest fight scenes. And everything has sexual undertones without being overtly sexual. Kinda weird that its about a kid though. Great art, and this is a really good AMV to get someone who hasn't seen it to go watch it!

you see ppl in the anime place are trying to make it look to realistic, this shows you can make somewhat low budget but just on the top of it for it looking new and do awesome as hell fight seems and unrealistic animations if that makes any sense, i just feel like these art styles are better (mob psycho, one punch) along those lines

This is one of those anime that follows a coherent storyline that's decent and remains pretty interesting and intriguing but that most everything else simply doesn't make any kind of sense at all. Some entire episodes I remember were so confusing you didn't understand hardly anything in it. Nonetheless it's pretty good, kind of want to watch it again.
