1:20 as an example people think Leo Woodall used his own accent for Jack in White Lotus but nope, he had a very specific (and perfectly done) Essex accent which isn’t his own English accent. Essex has unique things to it too 😂

He’s phenomenal in The Gentlemen
The ghost texting show was called Bedlam on Sky TV, as I recall, and though it was meant to be scary it also had his character Jed implied to be in love with his adopted sister/cousin and sharing an apartment with him sleeping on the smallest sofa or in a futon shoved into a closet. Some of my fear came from unintentional sources.

The ghost hunter show is talking about is kind of hilarious because he doesn’t care about the ghost and he doesn’t care about the people haunting them. He’s just so inconvenienced to fight the situation that he end up doing stuff about it and it’s so funny.

Interesting how people from other countries don't pick up on the variation in dialects in the US.
We do, but the variations in UK accents for the size of the country I feel is a lot greater than in America, which is why I think a good English accent is hard to pull off, just ask Kevin Costner, or anyone on Peaky Blinders.
