@@jahjah1769 I think it was an exaggeration. I know it's a buzz word right now. What he's describing is more of the cultural narcissism since the inception of social media. That being said, sure it takes a licensed clinician to "diagnose" a psychopathology.
Really though, it's not a mental disorder, it's a personality disorder, and it's on a spectrum. And really, it doesn't take a genius or a rocket scientist to match up behavior. Psychologists aren't granted magical powers after completing their curriculum, and the information is widely available. Not to mention, there's tons of psychologists doing educational videos on narcissistic behavior and how to deal with narcissists. Doesn't make you an expert, but it does make you informed. She's definitely not a narcissist, she said at the end her standard determines her value (what that's based off of I have no idea). But this feminist female culture as a whole, the whole mindset behind it is kind of narcissistic.

Wealth, power, independence, intelligence, strength, all are valuable assets, and they can be appealing features to some people. But they do not add value to you *specifically* as a woman. This is what my mother taught me, the son so that I know what I'm looking for.

If I may, I’m a 23 year old woman. I’m probably around a 6. I have skills to bring to the table tho that I think would make me higher value. I’m supportive. I can bake and cook and love doing it for people I care about. I have experience with children (cause I grew up in a big family and I helped with the youngers ). Heck I can and want to homeschool any future kids I have (again I have younger siblings). Im saving myself for marriage. I can run a household. Laundry no biggie. Food. Housework. I got it. And I would love to do those things for a man who will love and care for me. My value doesn’t come from what I think about myself. My value comes from who I am. How I conduct myself. How I treat others. What I can do. What I will do.
Look at marriage from a business standpoint. Why would you go into business with someone where the only value they bring to the table is that which they believe themselves to have by merely existing. Would you go into business with someone just because they say they’re high value? No. You do your research. You see if they can put their money where there mouth is.

I think a major problem leading so many women to be as full of themselves as the lady in this video is the entire institution of marriage. So while I applaud you on your skills, motivations, and outlook; I have to ask you from a purely business standpoint:
Would you ever enter into a contract knowing the other party is rewarded for breaching it?

    • @rebekahquin3658
      @rebekahquin3658 Рік тому +1

@@yobogoya4367 I'm going to have to beg your forgiveness for a rather lengthy answer here.
I believe in order to properly reply and understand your question, we first need to address the underlying premises. Premise 1: all men are cheat. Premise 2: the majority of men cheat. Premise 3: all the men who cheat are rewarded for cheating.
I'm not sure about the actual data behind that. What evidence is there of any of those three premises? I'm not so naive to think that some men aren't rewarded for cheating or even praised/congratulated for it. To say it's the rule, rather than the exception seems a tad extreme. I think we could find common ground in the statement that "some men cheat and some of the men who cheat are rewarded for it."
I will speak from my experience because that is what I know and can speak to. The majority of the men I know, I would describe as good. Out of all those men, I know for sure and certain, that one cheated on his wife. Furthermore, I know that he was shunned post fact and the majority of those who shunned him, were in fact men. I have several brothers. Two of whom are married. They are absolutely faithful to their wives. Now, the circles I move in are more conservative and Christian (not always both at the same time), and I naturally know a lot of secular and more liberal men thru college and my job. Lots of lovely people on both sides of the fence. Bottom line here is that I have a decent sample size. Now do I know everything about them, no. However, I think a person's character really shines through the more time you spend with them, and you can get a fairly decent read on who they are, their values, their tendencies, etc.
Now to answer your question as you asked it, no I would not enter a contract knowing the other party is rewarded for breaching it. The question bothers me though for the underlying premises and it's rather an extreme scenario. If I knew someone was going to stab me in the back and then get something good because of it, and I let them stab me in the back knowing it was going to happen all along, then I'm an idiot. Maybe I even deserved to get stabbed in the back.
The reason I am still single, is that I have some rather high standards for the man I will marry and have a family/raise kids with. One of them is commitment. And I'm not talking about his money. I'm not even necessarily talking about his time either. I will fully commit myself to my husband if and when I marry. I will not look at another. I will not sleep with another. I'm there for my man. He will have to give me the same. If I cannot trust him, I will not marry him. I beg other women to have the same standard. Do not settle for less. Don't marry a man if you think he'll cheat on you. What's the sense in that? Going back to the business scenario, a successful business partnership needs to be built off of mutual trust and commitment. A successful marriage is no different. You need trust. If you can't trust your man, you have no business being with him. Likewise, if he can't trust you, he has no business being with you.
Again, I apologize for the length. I think the topic doesn't lend itself to short answers, not if we're to do it justice anyway.

@@naddy1943 I believe I might've been hasty when I said the "majority of woman" were like this. Truth be told, I'm on the fence with it. I think that for these podcasts and interviews, they are intentionally dredging up women who are like this. I really do. Partially because they're more accessible and easy to find on social media. Partially because it helps prove their point, because there is an agenda. Which is fine.
I know a lot of women who range all over the rating scale they use. A lot of the women I know would rate themselves quite low, because they lack confidence and some of them have severe depression and anxiety, which does nothing for their self image.
Female always rate their friends high tho. Just look at what a woman's girlfriends comment when she posts a selfie. It's almost always stuff like "beautiful" and "stunning" and "queen", etc. And I think most of the time, it comes from a place of good intent. They want to be supportive. They want to be kind. And women trust their girlfriends (or they probably wouldn't have them as their friends), so if my friend says I'm a ten, then I must be, right. Women are prone to exaggerating, which is a form of lying, and lying in general to make people feel good about themselves. In my experience, women tend to be higher in agreeableness than men and we're that way naturally, probably stemming from us being biologically and psychologically built for child rearing.
Third wave feminism has also done some not so great things to women's egos. But I digress.
The women that they interview appear to be women who want the spotlight, who want to be out there, who are comfortable and want to be vocal about their beliefs. They seem like they're the majority, because they're the loudest. They're out there to be seen and heard.
Women more like me, we don't care. We don't want to be seen. We have our circles we move through and are comfortable in. And that's where we stay. I rarely get on social media. I never post selfies, because I don't want that kind of attention. This might be the second or third time I've even ever made a comment on youtube.
I think there are still plenty of traditional women out there, they're just quiet and dare I say content to be so.

Secondly, the fish is being tricked into being caught. He thinks he is biting down on a worm but it's actually a hook. So the fisherman is acting predatory. If you are acting predatory onto women, trying to trick them into sleeping with you then you are a dangerous mentally ill weirdo.

@@rbowdenscipio3408 Correct. But fish don't want to be caught. They want to be left alone. Women however, most of them at one point in their lives want to be "caught". So why wouldn't the woman be honest on what she wants? She has no incentive to lie unless she is a psychopath who gets enjoyment from lying to others.

No joke I went on a tinder date at the height of Tinder's popularity a few years back. Matched with this chick who looked good in her pics, had a cute picture with her mom or aunt not sure which and we started talking, didn't really catch the red flags at the time when she said she was on tinder because her boyfriend and her broke up because "she was too good for him", whatever. We decided to meet for a coffee date and have a walk in the park because being a college student going for dinners was just not in my budget at the time, she passive aggressively said in a cute way that "oh you are that guy". Still ignored the red flag cos I was young, dumb and horny for female attention. Cue to meeting her she was far different from her pic and it seems while she had a good body still, I can notice behind that make up she she had acne and her teeth were kinda crooked. Didn't want to judge a book by its cover but all that went away when she started to talk about herself, bitch made it sound like I was luckiest man alive for her choosing to meet with me when she was bombarded by a lot of guys dm's. She asked if I followed her on Snapchat and looked offended when I told her that I don't use it. When she asked me to tell her about myself I could see her lose interest because I was describing my college course ,hobbies and part time job like a normal person so I just stopped and asked her about herself, she told me that she studies in Communication or media something like that and is also a brand ambassador, I was at this point checked out with her when she kept droning about product she is ambassador of some vagina rejuvenation detox tea or some other thing. The thing is I purposely didn't care to hide my boredom, and she asked me if she was boring me, I said I really don't know that product and would like to talk about other things when she blew up on me claiming she is a 10 and I am at best a 7 and I should be grateful that she agreed on this cheap ass date. I couldn't stop laughing when she said that and she got more irritated by the second. She then went about my height even when she is like an two to three inches shorter than me. When she asked why should she give me a second chance, I told her don't because I don't think there will be no second date , she asked why and I just let her have it, started from her acne to obvious hair extensions that was hideous, her teeth and just for added fatality her lack of tits. She was stunned and tried to say something but I cut her off and said that still didn't matter to me but it when it was when I heard her speak that I knew there was no chemistry. She interjected that I was not her only date today and I replied with good luck meanwhile I texted my housemate "save me" a simple code we use when we need to bail each other from bad dates and my housemate decided to be a wanker and use his most absurd excuse that he needs me back because our pet tilapia fish was not breathing and he needs a ride from me to take it to the vet. I quickly told her I needed to leave and I managed to hear her mutter why always is it always a pet. She blocked me on tinder but a couple days later she tracked me on my Instagram and sent a pic of her kissing some other guy and I thought of blocking her but decided to be witty by showing the frozen tilapia we bought for dinner and said I already met someone else, showing me pretending to kiss the fish. She sent a laughing emoji, told me I was funny and asked if we should try again to meet up, I just replied replied no and blocked her there as well.

Even when a man is the best at something, a lot of people will hate him for it, and hold him back from being with the woman he belongs with. Real success is finding the right person to love you. But sometimes it doesn’t matter how valuable of a man you are…there’s always going to be other people who will stop you from getting who or what you deserve.
