The sacrifice was inevitable but tragic to those who went through the memories of all the Attendants and Successors. I will always be there for you, her love for you was enough for her to sacrifice herself to make sure you got to live and experience so much more of the world beyond the Red Mist. I will always be with you and your companions but unable to further express her love and feelings.

Oh god... This music makes me want to play Code Vein again. It's making me miss the absolute kindness and generosity of Io. In fact I am literally crying because of this. It's so emotional and it's making my heart melt with love and care, but also break with sadness and empathy.😢
I recently got the game on Steam during its discount (DLC included). Just beat the doggo boss (avoiding spoilers for those who haven't played). I do not regret buying it. Love the soundtracks, especially this one, and the main menu.

I was looking for this song combined and I finally found this. I might have listened to 20+ videos with either piano and vocals or piano and orchestra, but finally got both. And you bet I listened to each one all the way through. To skip this song is worse than becoming a lost.

Still playing hopefully we get a Io DLC after the true ending. As well as meeting the GOD EATER crew. I want to see their faces watching a humanoid god-arc eat an Aragami
Although to be honest, Io being permanently gone makes sense, Attendants are made for Successors by the QUEEN's design, no more Successor=no sense for Attendants.
I play Code Vein more than God Eater nowadays. Though I wish God Eater takes cues from MH when it comes to map building. GE is better in lore, but the battlefields feel empty compared to MH where you can literally be a Biologist and study interactions between the monsters while in GE it's you vs every monster. What'a the point of having an encyclopedia if you don't see interactions between Aragami? Where's our massive Aragami trying to eat small ones to gain a boost in power? That if you ignore them for too long you will get your ass kicked. Or Zygotes evolving into Cocoon maidens if left too long then evolves to a more dangerous Sariel?

So I saw the game on sale for 20 but was really unsure because I usually don’t play these kind of games but I played the trial and heard this ost and needless to say I’m sold I wish I know someone to help me grind tho lol

The game sucks but the ost is fire
In a vacuum, it's great. When compared to other "souls like" games, most would consider it subpar. It being the only "souls like" game I've played I don't have anything to compare it to, so I think it's the best game I've ever played.
@@scp-729-j5 No Hate Bro, but u talk bullshit. I've played the regular DarkSouls Games and im still a fan of this game. Ofc its not the same, and yea, in a direct comparing to DS3, DS3 is obv. better. But only that its better it doesnt make this game worse.
Everyone calls Code Vein a "souls-like" but it doesn't feel like one at all to me. Player has so many offensive and defensive abilities, so many movement options. I see it as simply an anime action game. I mean, you can make a build where you straight up teleport and fight like Vergil from Devil May Cry.
Is stamina and bonfires all you need for "souls-like"? That's all Code Vein really has in common with one. It's as fallible as people labeling "roguelike" on a game just because it has permadeath.
