    ------------
In this Broadcast Award-winning, BAFTA and Emmy Award-nominated entertainment show, Taskmaster tyrant Greg Davies (Man Down, Cuckoo), with the help of his loyal assistant Alex Horne (The Horne Section and the show’s creator), sets out to test the wiles, wit and wisdom of five hyper-competitive comedians.
Comedians that have risked life, limb, and dignity in the hope of making the Taskmaster proud so far include: Frank Skinner (The Frank Skinner Show), Mel Giedroyc (The Great British Bake Off), Romesh Ranganathan (Asian Provocateur), Hugh Dennis (Outnumbered), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’ Diary), Rose Matafeo (Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner 2018), and Russell Howard (The Russell Howard Hour). Unaware of what awaits them in each wax-sealed envelope, only one competitor can become the victorious owner of His Royal Task-ness’ golden head and be crowned the next Taskmaster Champion.

I loved Greg's choice in the scoring. The fact is, all of them did an amazing job, very inventive and took a lot of work, and they were enjoyable to watch. But it would have stunk to bail out and just give them all 5, first because it would make the round meaningless (no impact on the relative scores), and they weren't really all "equal" (I mean, Rhod's took a tremendous amount more coordination and organization, and Kerry, adorable as she was, couldn't handle Tetris... Tetris! Everyone's mom plays Tetris!).
But Greg's solution was rather ingenious, because giving the middle two a tie meant that nobody had to be the "loser" (in the sense of getting just one point). That acknowledged that they all were worthy of merit, while still properly rewarding James and Rhod for the work and ingenuity that went into theirs. Kudos to that!

Kerry was able to create her own tetris blocks for the scene,

I would have done Sims. Like cooking spaghetti and then having a need toilet thought bubble pop up above my head. Then there is a pool of water below the toilet so I can't use it and a pool of water appears below me on the carpet. After that stink lines appear. Also I would have a red diamond above my head for that and talk gibberish while waving my hand in the air.
Edit: Oh, and then the kitchen is on fire because I forgot the spaghetti
