That band, along with her now late drummer husband absolutely freak'n killed it. One of my favorite Katrina Velarde performances. Could refer to it as her Lockdown special. It never gets old

Just finished watching a reaction video of Weleska and Erfa, a Latino brother and sister pair from Venezuela now living in the UK, and they reckon your tone changes when speaking, or sing in this case in Spanish. What ever the reason, I agree she should sing more in Spanish. She's such a beast.

In case you didn’t know Filipinos were colonized by the Spaniards for over 300 years. Same way that happened in Latin America. So it’s easier for us to pronounce Spanish better than other Asians. We were also colonized by the Americans. I think the ability to know some Spanish it gave this medley justice…
