In my personal opinion, The moomins are the best cartoon for kids ever. I remember watching it 20 years ago, and it made huge impact on myself. It showed amazing family bondage, a lot of problems that wasn't so obvious to solve and many characters that were shocking for us as a child, but life is also that way! I get a feeling This animation was made for kids also to become more creative, because it have some crazy ideas, metaphors and some touching and even scary music (in greatly balanced and mysteriously interesting ways) also making this a piece of art.
