Man this made me feel just so genuinely bad for him. The way he was so genuinely distraught by the events, and how he hated himself and couldn't find any joy in anything, felt so real to how people in real life go through tragic or other serious events.
What if Luke Skywalker came across a hidden order of bokken Jedi?

What if Darth Zannah was a Jedi?
Either she refrains from killing the Jedi who originally comes for her, or another Jedi takes her instead soon after, assuming Bane doesn't find her or a twin of some kind exists. She undergoes training until she becomes a Jedi Knight or perhaps even a Jedi Master.
Then, she receives one of two visions. The first vision portrays Anakin or Luke as the chosen one. She believes in the prophecy and enters stasis, intending to train them to confront Palpatine during the Clone Wars or the time of the Empire.
The second vision involves Palpatine himself, maybe as the Emperor. Believing that she is the chosen one due to this, she enters stasis until the Clone Wars, awakened by the Force or some other catalyst. To fight him herself.
To maintain her characterization as the Zannah we know and love, she excels as a master of Form Three and is proficient in Jedi Alchemy or sorcery, perhaps even both. I think the second vision would make for a better story, as training Anakin/Luke videos are already abundant on your channel.

What if Dooku had demonstrated Order 66 during the Clone Wars during one of his near catches? If Dooku had issued order 66 in order to escape capture, that would have changed a lot especially if it happened during the first year of the clone wars.
"Why Master Jedi... Let me show you how serious your situation is." Dooku looks to the nearby Clone Commander "Commander, Execute Order 66". Dooku smiles and begins walking towards the door as the clone commander and his subordinates activate under Order 66.
"Good Soldiers Follow Orders" Mutters the Clone Commander before raising his blaster towards the Jedi and begins firing.

Edit: Plo convinces his squad and commander Wolffe that he didn’t bomb the temple and they all break away from the order. Somehow along the way plo also finds out about the order 66 chip in all the clones and removed it from his squad.

What if Obi-Wan was more like his master as a Jedi.
Well, Shmi taught Anakin to be kind-hearted from birth. Compassionate. And goodwill human. Obi-Wan. And the Old Jedi Order tried to teach Anakin to be Impartial. Responsible. Selfless. Responsive. Peace-Loving. Decent. Principal. A Humble Altruist. Peacemaker. And a Pacifist who, is capable of intelligence. To maturity. For prudence. For wisdom. Who, thinks about others. And who, cares about others and does not think. And takes care of himself. Who, faithfully serves others. And who, does something for others rather than faithfully serving himself. And does something for himself but, Palpatine taught Anakin to be vain. Arrogant. Smug. Proud. Envious. Power-hungry. And Padme taught Anakin taught to be willful. Selfish. Ungrateful. Irresponsible. Hypocritical. And self-centered. And for example, Between Phoebe. And Padme there is an important difference. Phoebe was the Light to Cole. She tried to be saved. And protect Cole from himself. And being a moral compass for him was. She brought out only the good in Cole. And the best because for her sake Cole always tried to be. And become a better human just something Phoebe tired doing later because, she tired being disappointed in her love relationship with Cole. Padme was never a good guardian angel Anakin who, sent to him by The Force straight from Heaven. Padme brought out only the bad in Anakin. And the worst thing that really helped simplify Palpatine’s task of turning Anakin to the Dark Side. Maybe Obi-Wan was sent by the Force in a way, to keep Anakin away from The Dark Side, and to balance his extremely Unstable Personality but, Anakin because of his Friendship with Palpatine. Because of his unhealthy love relationship with Padme. Because of the Tuskens. Because of Shmi's Death. And because of his Own Personality spoiled. And destroyed everything. And made an Absolute True Chaos who, began to destroy everything around him because, I think it's no coincidence that Obi-Wan's Personality was very similar to Shmi's Personality. And on Luke's Personality. Anakin lost Shmi. And lost Ahsoka but, at he always remained Obi-Wan with the loss of which Anakin lost absolutely everything he had. And all he could acquire as a Jedi. Anakin did not want to come to terms with the fact that he was without Obi-Wan. And without everything that Anakin had as a Jedi, he literally turned into a fish thrown onto land. Therefore, Anakin's pursuit of Obi-Wan after Mustafar is more of a pursuit of a lost future. And behind the lost in the past than Anakin's desire to take revenge on Obi-Wan for what he did to him on Mustafar. Obi-Wan was a important special connection between Anakin's Past. Anakin's Present. And Anakin's Future as a Jedi In The Old Jedi Order. And he was a important Anakin's special connection with The Force. And with The Old Jedi Order this mean that Losing Obi-Wan means more than Losing Shmi. Losing Padme. And the Loss of Ahsoka for Anakin. Anakin himself understood this very good. Therefore, after Mustafar, he remained the Absolute Darkness into which he was able to transform because Of Palpatine. And because Of Padme. Obi-Wan after Shmi. And before Luke was Anakin's Light. He was the only one who, could hold Anakin back. Balancing Anakin. Influence him. Saving Anakin from himself. And protect Anakin from himself because, Anakin without Obi-Wan is Absolute Darkness which absorbing everything, thereby destroys everyone around it but, when Obi-Wan died Luke took his place and Luke had to bring Anakin back to the light. It is no coincidence that Luke's faith in the good within Anakin appeared after a Conversation with Old Dead Obi-Wan, whose faith in the good within Anakin was dead.
And Yeah, Obi-Wan could well have been destined for Anakin as Master but, he promise for Qui-Gon. Qui-Gon's refusal from Obi-Wan. Selfish. And Qui-Gon's Self-Centric Belief in Anakin's Chosenness. He selfish. And the egocentric desire to teach 9-year-old Anakin. Anakin's friendship with Palpatine. And Anakin's Personality could have prevented Anakin from forming the close bond that Obi-Wan had with Anakin's Children. Perhaps 9-year-old Anakin unknowingly chose Obi-Wan as his Master when Qui-Gon refused Obi-Wan in the presence of the Jedi Council. Or when he first met Obi-Wan on Padme's Ship shook Obi-Wan's hand but, whether this is true or not is unknown?

Yeah, This is the true and, to be honest, an example of Staniss. And Melisandre From The Game Of Thrones is too good an example that Anakin could have ended up worse because of selfishness. And Qui-Gon's self-centered belief in The Prophecies. I have an assumption that the Force entrusted 9-year-old Anakin also because he was able to unknowingly foresee Anakin's Future Fall to the Dark Side with the help of Intuitive Precognition. Not to mention the fact that Qui-Gon hid from The Jedi Council the fight between 9-year-old Anakin with Greedo from The Phantom Menace Deleted Scene. And someone once correctly said that if Qui-Gon believes so much in destiny. And in the Will of the Force then he had to let Obi-Wan decide for himself whether he wanted to train 9-year-old Anakin. And is he ready to train 9-year-old Anakin or not and not impose on him the training of 9-year-old Anakin. Moreover, Qui-Gon knew that Obi-Wan had previously been sensitive to Qui-Gon’s refusal to train Obi-Wan when Obi-Wan was 13 Age. And Qui-Gon didn't even bother asking Obi-Wan why he called 9-year-old Anakin dangerous?
Now about Anakin's Fall To The Dark Side. To be honest, One of Anakin's Main Problems In The Star Wars Prequels that Anakin really never did not need to Fall To The Dark Side because of those serious flaws because of which he ultimately Fall to the Dark Side. And making womens part of Anakin's Fall To The Dark Side is definitely one of Lucas' worst decisions. We always lose sight of one really a very important fact what Anakin's Fall To The Dark Side In The Star Wars Prequels really should have been based on. And I have to admit that it's a shame that Lucas didn't really base Anakin's Fall To The Dark Side on this important fact In The Star Wars Prequels.
